Offering some of the challenging yet delightful trails, this trek is undertaken by trekkers from different parts of the world. While for the non-adventurers this trek might sound difficult and strenuous, for the thrill mongers it is a dream come true. Geographically, Kanchenjunga and other surrounding five massive peaks are together forming the third highest peaks in the world. They are in the mighty Himalayas located in the small beautiful state of India, Sikkim. Kanchenjunga stands at an elevation of about 8586 meters and covers a large portion of Himalaya which is known to be the Kanchenjunga Himal, around 7000 meters area. The Main, Central and South are the three major sections of the peak and they are all located in touch with the borders of India and Nepal.Trekking was not allowed here initially and later when explorers started unwinding the trek routes, they could find the hidden treasures like lakes, dense forests, tribal villages, landscapes and rich flora and fauna. The massifs spans across the major boundaries of Nepal, Tibet and India and the fact is that till 1849, Kanchenjunga was considered to be the highest peak in India before the discovery of Everest and K2. The verdant meadows, quaint villages, gleaming mountains, secluded regions, snow-clad summits, gushing rivers and lakes are the prominent attractions lying on the way to the base camp. These are the simple reasons for trekkers to choose this strenuous trek to rejuvenate themselves. Kanchenjunga Base Camp Trek Highlights:- Embark on this trek to enjoy the panoramic view of the neighbouring mountains - Frey Peak (5830m), Koktang (6,148m), Kabru Peak (7,412 m), Ratong, Chandra Peak and the Kabru Dome (6600m).- Make use of the chance to meet the local people dwelling in the beautiful villages.- The third highest mountain in the world offering you the best adventure possible will be in your heart forever and the trek done here is one of the greatest achievement you could get.-Tour of Sikkim tea garden will be an additional experience which lets you learn about the various kinds of teas and get the chance to return to the magnificent beauty of nature again.- A monastery tour of Sikkim can also be done to explore the cultural and traditional variations the tiny state holds.Kanchenjunga Base Camp Weather conditions:Except for monsoon and high winter, every other season is perfect for the trek to the Kanchenjunga Base Camp. Excellent
This tour was commendable and I just want to take a moment to thank Thrillophilia for making so wonderful for all the four of us. Our tour guide has now become our friend, we spent most of the day driving up and down the high mountain roads but was always given comfortable and neat hotels to doze off. We had no issue with the food, in fact, we loved the Indian local curries and rice.

The Singalila Trek by Thrillophilia had everything that I wanted from a trek. From adventurous forest trails to sights of the Everest, this trek was the most enjoyable experience of my entire life. The support staff, guide and even the whole organised process of the trek was all due to Thrillophilia and their committed people. They even made sure that the group was having fun during the strenuous ascents and descents, which not many people think of. Thrillophilia even customised the booking process according to our convenience, and did everything on our behalf. With this trekking tour by Thrillophilia, I am happy to say that they have gained a permanent customer who will be coming back for their help pretty soon.

Amritambu Nambeesan Singalila Trek, Sikkim 2020
Superb
I am an ardent lover of trekking and other adventure sports and activities. Thanks to Thrillophilia, I found a trekking tour to Singalila at the cheapest price ever, that too with the inclusion of permits as well as a guide. This year, my wish to complete the Singalila national park Trek came true only because of Thrillophilia. Everything, right from the booking procedure, to the mode of payment was easy and without any issues. In fact, they made sure that everything was taken care of even during the trek. Upon my arrival at home after the trek, Thrillophilia even made sure to ask for any issues that I might have faced during the Singalila Trek, which is commendable. Thank you for such a memorable trek.

Very Good
It was overall a good tour to have on a new year. There were few goods and few bads which I want to mention. When we reached Gangtok from Bagdogra, the hotels provided were very good and it was easy to register yourself there. Highlight of the tour was that we got the permit for Nathula which we covered on Day 2 along with Changu Lake and Baba Mandir. We came to know that Gurudongmar was not accesible and we were given the very basic option to see the local sightseeing of Gangtok which is no where equals to Gurudongmar Lake. We should have been given an option equivalent to GD Lake. The hotels at Lachen and Lachung were below average. The planning for meal was not adequate as we have to call again and again to the organizer to check what is included and what is not as the plan was changing very frequently. Deep helped us in every way possible but it could have been more organized and they should have a back up plan ready when one plan fails which was not there. Another disappointment was that we failed to see Yumthang Valley too due to weather issue(which we can blame on Kismet and not on organizers ofcourse). It was overall a good trip but it could have been better. The group was very understanding. I want to give it a 3.5 rating but there is no option for .5 so I went with 3. Here are some pictures.
