How to Reach?

Know Before You Go for Singapore Zoo Tickets

Kindly carry a valid photo ID proof. All foreign nationals must carry their passports as a proof of identity.
People are requested to not wear strong scented perfume as animals are sensitive to smell.
Please reach the location at least 45 minutes prior from your preferred time.
Visitors are not allowed to carry any sharp object, lighter, luggage bag, alcohol, knife, etc.
For those opting for a tour with transfers, pick and drop services are available throughout Singapore town, except for Woodlands and Changi areas.
Refrain from feeding animals unless it is part of a supervised feeding session conducted by zookeepers.
For your safety and the animals' well-being, stay on paths, avoid touching animals without permission, and supervise children closely at the Singapore Zoo.
Flash photography is not permitted as it can disturb the animals and other visitors.
Please keep all pets and service animals leashed, clean up after them and dispose of all waste in a hygienic manner.
Smoking is not permitted within the zoo premises.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the park.
There are water refill stations available around the park but you need to carry your own water bottle.
The ticket for Singapore Zoo is valid from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Hence, it is advisable to plan your visit accordingly.

You won't notice the 6 hours that it takes to walk this amazing park disappear. Just remember to take your umbrella as it can rain at any time. Also keep ahold of your water bottle. It can get hot and sweaty and there are water fountains kept at various locations in the park. Make sure to plan an entire day here and book the night safari in advance.

If the booking is made between 08:00 AM to 12:00 AM (UTC+05:30), you will receive a confirmation voucher via email within 1 hour of successful booking. For bookings made between 12:00 AM to 07:59 AM (UTC+05:30), you will receive a confirmation voucher via email within 9 hours of successful booking.

If cancellation is made 1 days or more before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made within 1 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.
