We would like to remind you to ensure that your coach drivers avoid using Coach Bay 3 and 5 at Mandai Wildlife East (Singapore Zoo, Night Safari side). These bays are designated exclusively for the Mandai City Express (MCE) and Mandai Khatib Shuttle (MKS) services to facilitate smooth operations. To avoid congestion and delays, we kindly request that your drivers utilize other available coach bays for drop-offs and parking.

Operating Hours: Monday to Sunday from 10.00 to 19.00 (Last admission at 18.00)

Identification may be required upon redemption.
Exit and re-enter the park on the same day during operation hours. Please get the stamp chop from the gantry staff.

The trip was in well coordination and planned by Sonakshi. We just had issues with late delivery of visa(we got just a day before the travel date). I would like to suggest you a few things which can make trip better for others. 1. On the first day of the trip plan something easy and light like city tour that is less hectic as travellers are really tired of air travel especially with the kids. 2. Also try to give accommodation in Little India region of Singapore as there are more of Indian restaurants and also won't be a problem especially for vegetarian and those travelling with kids. 3. Direction on how to move along in Sentosa Island needs to be improved on. Everything else was to the point. We would recommend it to others too. Good coordination by Sonakshi and Mustakim Khan. They were always quick to respond and answered all our queries patiently.

It was a wonderful experience and the process overall till all land and flight booking was great. However, there were some hiccups during the process at the beginning but at last, the operation's team was able to satisfy my concerns. I am leaving 4 stars because one committed service was never delivered and the approach was not friendly at all without any apology. Well, overall good trip.

A confirmation voucher will be made available via email within 48-72 hours of successful booking for visa purposes.
Final vouchers will be issued 7 days prior to travel dates.
In case the rooms/preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate hotel / schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged ( surcharges might be applicable ) and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
