Know Before You Go for Canopy Park Tickets

Participants must have a height of at least 110cm+ to enter the Manulife Sky Net (Walking & Bouncing) and Discovery Slides.
It is recommended to wear pants or shorts and comfortable covered shoes.
Do note that several attractions do not permit luggage to be brought in with you.
Luggage and/or large bags are not allowed inside the venue. You may drop off your bags at reception before entering.
All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of arrival and entry.
Don't be bogged down by your hand-carry luggage. The left baggage service at L1 allows you to explore Jewel unencumbered, while your belongings are safely held for you. Additional charges may apply.
ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest upon arrival.

Canopy Park Tickets Policies

If the booking is made between 08:00 AM to 12:00 AM (UTC+05:30), you will receive a confirmation voucher via email within 1 hour of successful booking. For bookings made between 12:00 AM to 07:59 AM (UTC+05:30), you will receive a confirmation voucher via email within 9 hours of successful booking.

If cancellation is made 1 days or more before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made within 1 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.
