It is located at the base of Thadiyandamol hills. The property is 7km from kakabbe and 36km from Madikeri. It has the serene valley view hills covered by misty clouds. The stay provides charming rooms with all the basic amenities and the best view of all. For trekkers, it is a paradise as it is in the base of Thadiyandamol. Also, has the palace museum just 1km away from it. The wide porches open up the view of the paddy field and the cloud capped mountains. There is a private waterfall to which the guests are given access to. And enjoy the nature surrounding the property.

You can go for short waterfall treks and plantation walks around the property. You can also play various indoor and outdoor games available at the property.
