Know Before You Go for Sydney Taronga Zoo Tickets
- No cancelations, refunds or changes can be made.
- The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable).
- You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher for this activity.
- You must redeem this voucher for your entry ticket at the Captain Cook ticket office.
- Please arrive at the office to collect the ticket at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
- ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of arrival.
- Participants are not allowed to carry any sharp object, lighter, luggage bag, alcohol, knife, etc.
- All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of arrival.
- Infants aged 0-3 years can go for free and children aged 4-15 years will be charged as per child price. Adult tickets are applicable for visitors aged 16 years and above.
