Pick-up and drop-off services are available for hotels located within a 7 km radius of Port Blair city.
The driver and vehicle details will be shared with you after the booking confirmation.
Xylo or similar car is available with a professional driver for the transfer service.
All vehicles are air-conditioned, clean, and maintained for your comfort.
Parking charges and driver allowance is included in the price.
This is a direct transfer service. Unscheduled detours or multiple drop-offs are not permitted unless pre-arranged.
Please ensure your flight details and pickup/drop-off address are accurate at the time of booking.
If your flight is delayed or rescheduled, please inform the service provider as soon as possible.
The driver is fluent in speaking Hindi and basic English.
Please be respectful towards the driver.
Please note that the drop-off may be delayed due to unforeseen factors such as traffic, weather, flight changes, or road conditions.
Drinking alcohol and/or smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

Cash Refunds: Once initiated, usually take around 3-5 business days to get transferred to the same account through which the payment is made.

In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get canceled. In such cases, the operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However, a cash refund will not be applicable for the same. Thrillcash+ will be allocated in your Thrillophilia wallet which can be used anytime in the future.

If rescheduling requests are made 72 hours before the date of travel, no amount will be charged as rescheduling fees.

If rescheduling requests are made between 0 to 72 hours before the date of travel, 30% of the total tour cost will be charged as rescheduling fees.

All rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

If cancellation is made 15 days or more before the date of travel, no cancellation fees will be charged.
If cancellation is made between 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made within 7 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.
