Wat Srisuphan Overview

Founded in 1502 during the reign of the Mangrai Dynasty, this Buddhist temple is one of the best places to visit in Chiang Mai if you wish to take respite from chaos or monotony. Due to the remarkable hand-crafted silver decoration it puts on display, it is also called the Silver Temple.

From meditating to meeting the monks and gaining insights into the history of the temple and Buddhist culture, there is a lot you can do here. The Thrillophilia Thailand tour package offers a mesmerizing visit to this cultural gem, allowing travelers to witness the intricate silverwork and immerse themselves in the spiritual ambiance. The craftsmanship inside and outside the temple is rather extraordinary, making Wat Srisuphan one of the most fascinating Chiang Mai tourist places.
