Know Before You Go for WWT London Wetland Centre Tickets

  • All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details upon arrival.
  • ID proof is mandatory for each guest upon arrival.
  • For General Admission: Infants under 3 years can go for free and children aged 4-16 years will be charged as per child price. Adult tickets are applicable for visitors aged 17-64 years. Senior tickets are applicable for visitors aged 65 years and above. Full-time students can book senior tickets.
  • For Family Ticket: Adult prices will be charged in Family Ticket including 2 adults and 2 children aged 4-16 years.
  • Wheelchairs and Mobility scooters are available, must be booked in advance.
  • Blue Badge Holders are reserved spaces at the front for car park for closer access to the centre.
  • The centre is largely flat, with tarmac paths in most places and boardwalks with some uneven wooden planks.
  • Dogs or pets of any kind are not allowed on site, with the exception of Assistance dogs (trained by member organisations of ADUK) on duty, as our wildlife may become distressed.
  • Maps can be enlarged, please ask ahead of your visit.
  • There are a number of gates with stiff / heavy opening mechanisms. The roaming volunteers or staff can assist, please ask.
  • Headley Hide has wide turning circle. The door is 78cm wide.
  • Cafe staff are friendly and helpful and will carry trays to the table if required.
  • Accessible toilets are available in car park and visitor centre.
  • Due to the limited availability of car parking spaces, vehicles may only be left for the duration of your visit to the centre. WWT accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to vehicles.
  • Please keep your belongings with you at all times.
  • The use of any kind of drone is prohibited on all WWT managed-property.
  • Photography is permitted on site for personal use only. All commercial/stock library photography, filming, recording, etc. must be agreed in advance with the centre.
