If you are unable to redeem the service due to delays caused by unforeseen circumstances and you were able to contact the operator within 2 hours of landing, a full refund will be issued.

Airport Departure Transfers:
For departure transfers, please be at the hotel lobby or the specified pick up point 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time
For departure transfers, the driver will wait for up to 15 minutes from the scheduled pick up time.
If you are still out of contact after the waiting time, it will be considered a 'no show'. The driver will leave and no refund will be issued

The driver has the right to refuse service if the number of the passenger is more than the capacity of the vehicle.
No child seats will be provided. Infants must be seated on the lap of an adult.
No additional stops or detours will be permitted during the service. You will be dropped off directly to your hotel after being picked up from airport.
