Know Before You Go for Louvre Museum Tickets

  • For sanitary and safety reasons the cloakroom will remain closed, as such motorcycle helmets, suitcases and large bags will not be allowed.
  • Visitors can enter only through the Pyramid entrance, all other entrances have been closed.
  • Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue.
  • The skip-the-line access is subject to the Louvre Museum’s procedures. Vigipirate plan, security control, or an unforeseen crowd may slow down the line at the entrance.
  • There is no priority access to the temporary exhibitions inside The Louvre.
  • If you miss your scheduled timeslot, you'll need to join the line for regular ticket holders.
  • The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable).
  • The voucher is valid for 30 minutes from the time specified on the ticket.
  • Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the time indicated on the ticket and show your ticket to the security staff at the designated ‘visitors with e-ticket’ line at the Pyramid main entrance.
  • Audio commentary is available in Chinese / English / Spanish / Portuguese / Japanese / German / Korean / French.
  • ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
