Lohagad Fort Trek In Monsoon From Pune Overview

Located close to the hill station of Lonavala Khandala, Lohagad rises to an elevation of 1,033 meters or 3,389 feet above sea level. It is an easy trek filled with fun and beauty. You will get to see many beautiful things during this trek and after reaching the peak you can see four doors. The first one is called 'Ganesh Darwaaja', the second one is called 'Narayan Darwaja', the third one is called 'Hanuman Darwaaja' & the fourth one is called 'Maha Darwaaja'. Out of this Hanuman Darwaaja is the most ancient of all the doors. This package offers healthy breakfast and lunch, pickup, and drop and expert guides to lead from the front.

Your journey starts by meeting your fellow trekkers with your expert guide at the various pick up points on the mentioned timings. From there you begin your travel to Lohagad in a private vehicle. Once you reach the location, an energizing and filling breakfast is provided before the ascend. After a pleasing trek of approximately 2 hours, reach the top and begin your fort exploration. Spend some amazing time at the top of the fort. Post the fort exploration you begin your descend which is followed by a delicious and rejuvenating lunch. Post Lunch, you begin your journey back to Pune via Malavali Railway Station. At 6:30 PM you are in Pune and this marks the end of your journey with lots of beautiful memories to cherish.

    It was a very nice and special experience for me, the view is breathtaking, Guide is very good and approachable do not worry if this is your first trek because the trek was easy and the guide is willing to wait for the walkers who was slow especially elderly people the guide helps them walked and motivate them... the top of the fort the views is unbelievable so...good really, nice pictures...The staff served us with a simple and tasty meal...
