Easy to book on line. Walked straight up to barrier, scanned and walked onto our carriage. Great trip lasted about 12 mins. The views were fantastic. Would thoroughly recommend.

First time visiting London for my guests, views from the cloud cable blew them away and both Canary Wharf and Docklands was a big hit. Also this was incredibly cheap compared to other ways to get a great view of London.

When my wife and I got to the IFS Cloud Cable Car it was very windy so when we boarded within seconds we were asked to vacate the pod and wait until such times as the wind speed decreased. The wait was only about 10 mins and we were the only people on site so as soon as the wind dropped to an acceptable speed, we were allowed back on board. Once into the open crossing the Thames, it the force of the wind was very apparent which was good for us, great stuff, but probably not for most people, perhaps that's why we were the only people on the entire ride. Will certainly do it again both ways next time in London.
