Last week we group of 11 members have booked for Kumaraparvatha Trekking. I have been in contact with Thrillophilia 10 days before the trekking and requested for their guidance. I got good support from Thrillophilia and they helped us in booking as well. After booking on the day when we are about to start from Bangalore, the tour supplier said it is not possible to go to kumaraparvatha. He mentioned this is not the season to go, we never take anyone during this season as it will be heavily raining. But we said we would like to go there and check with the forest officials, but they denied. They proposed alternative trip for mulaiyangiri and asked us 300rs per head as extra amount. We wanted to cancel the trip, but they said 1000rs per head will be charged as cancellation amount, which is not way in our plate and finally we went for mulaiyangiri trek. We have been assured for camp stay, but as there were no proper arrangements we couldn't do camping. Then the guide asked us to stay in a hotel at our own expense, as it was late night and we had girls in our group we accepted for the plan and stayed. Our trek guide was totally inefficient and he had no experience in this place. For the next day, guide assured us he will take us to belur and halebidu temples. But he took us only to belur temple and said halebidu will take time and we have to pay extra money. We are not ready to pay extra, so he said they will drop us in bangalore. We started from Chickmagalur at 11AM, and out of vein and no help we reached bangalore by 7PM. Halebidu temple would have hardly taken 1 hour extra and still we would have reached Bangalore within 9PM which was the timing given as per their itinerary. After spending 35200Rs for 11 people, we hardly enjoyed or felt the value for money in the trip. This was really the worst experience anyone will have with such suppliers. Thrillophilia should take necessary actions against this supplier and also make sure if you commit something before booking, you follow the same after booking also. Don't spoil your money booking with Thrillophillia I booked Aquaventure trip for my family (9 members) with ThrilloPhillia.Park opens at 10 am, but these people messed up completely and picked us up at 10:30 am from hotel. I could enter the park only at 1:00 pm as the ticket further took 45 minutes. we could enjoy only 1-2 rides. During dop also we were harassed. Driver called up at 5:00 pm that he is coming for pickup, we came out of the park and had to wait till 6:45 pm for the driver to show up. Don't waste your money. I paid them Rs. 59025/- for the complete trip. My complete money was wasted. Don't trut these people and avoid booking with Thrillophillia

Pathetic. I know you guys won't publish this so I'll keep it short. The guide I had was Akash and the trek was kheerganga. Everything that had you involved, the guide, the accommodation (smelly beds), was an ordeal on our trip. I'm making sure that you get no more business from my circle and have already stopped three groups.

Worst Service..They are not bothered about customer.. They charge 1000 but give the service of 10.. Additionally many games and adventure activities are chargeable.. Will never visit or recommend anyone..

We went as a team of 34 members for a day outing and trust me guys, this is not at all worth for day out. No proper maintenance, the pool is small and water is soo dirty, for food, you have to wait for at least an hour because there are only one queue and no space for further, they don't have many activities as well. Nothing much you can do by going here. For us, it was a day waste and we felt like we would have planned to some other place. So guys, plan properly and enjoy but not to RD.

I wish I had stayed Home instead of going to this so called resort(Just a Bigger Hotel Only)!!! Tl:Dr; Avoid this place if you can! Worst staff, bad facility!! Would suggest though to Read through! 1st thing...This place is hardly a resort. It's just a place which is able to squeeze in a tennis court cum basketball court and a pool big enough and a garden. Yet none of this would have mattered if the hospitality and management were respectful towards their guests. We booked a overnight stay with breakfast and lunch the next day. Next day after checkout we were moving in for lunch when the manager told us that the Lunch(Brunch) that day was a special one and we have paid for a normal lunch. We had made the booking 5 days in advance and here they are telling us we cannot eat after having paid the money because it's a more expensive lunch. That's how they treat their guests!!! Wait...This is not it!!! This was just the start. After having sternly telling them that we are not responsible for your goof up and we won't pay anything extra for the lunch they agreed after around 30 minutes of waiting. Then came the Food & Beverages Manager "Mr Ronit" telling us that the restaurant is full now and they would give us a table in 15 minutes time. We agreed to wait. Within 5 minutes we saw some guests going out and another batch of guests going in. Curious I went in and what I found out was beyond comprehension. THE WHOLE DAMN RESTAURANT WAS EMPTY WITH ONLY 2-3 TABLES OCCUPIED. Now we were furious beyond our wit and when confronted with the above fact a "Mr. Gopi" another F&B Manager asked us to talk politely after being treated like this having fighting for the food that too after paying the money in Advance. You would think that this would be it. Wait..... We asked for a refund for the Food as we cannot any more think of eating in this god forbidden place filled with Idiots but no, we were to face a last act of Stupidity. While booking the place, I had enquired of adding a dinner as well which they said would cost us 600+taxes extra. When asked for a refund for the Lunch which we paid for, "Mr Ronit" the F&B manager said the refund will be room wise and not PAX wise which would be 600 per room for 4 rooms :) :P We were exasperated like anything and couldn't even think what to speak to these bunch of idiots. After a few very loud responses from us, they came to their senses and refunded us 600/PAX. @Fellow Travelers: If you have option please book another place else if you don't have any choice then do note the below points and follow them to the "T" 1. Carry your own Towel. The towel provided by them is full of LINT. 2. Forget about playing Table tennis, lawn tennis. All you would be able to play would be Badminton given that they don't complain that some guest has taken the rackets to their room. 3. Please do carry nylon clothes if you want to use the swimming pool. They insist on Nylon clothes so that for unsuspecting guests they can sell swim clothes. 4. None of the Fridges provided in the rooms work. We booked 4 rooms, None worked. 5. The staff is non-responsive expect for the service boys who are kind enough to try and sort the issues out for you. One AC was not working. We had to call them 4 times to get it to work. 6. Food at this place is OK. Nothing to praise about. So don't opt for food if you have option. Order online. There are tons of great options nearby especially "Maa Da Dhaba" veg food(Awesome food). @Management: You don't deserve it yet a BIG THANK YOU for the embarrassment we have to bear!! Hope we don't cross path again. You guys still owe me the Taxes part of the Food.

This was a nice trek with medium difficulty. Trek exp was amazing overall. The sightseeing, valley, waterfall everything was amaizing. The Hemkund Gurudwara was par the best peaceful place I've ever scene. I am giving low rating, as the hotel staff, guide, hotel food was not meant to be consumed by humans. The ideal breakfast for hotel was paratha (plain) with tea. PAcked lunch was fried rice. Very disappointed with hospitality services. Very happy with the trip.

For 700 rupees this was not worth the experience. 1. We dint get a parking space 2. We dint get a shade or hut to sit under 3. The indoor game area was dusty, dirty and not usable 4. Every outdoor equipment was already taken. 5. Food was mediocre at best. 6 no room was provided. 7. Swimming pool is extra and not inclusive From start to end the experience was poor and not planned. This was the most horrible experience I had faced. As you know I booked package for kheerganga from your thrillophilia application . I suffered alot in this trip and got injured. My other group members are also not well I need an urgent from you. While returning from Bharseni to bhunter there was long jam near bhuntar due to which we wasn't able to reach at bus stand at 7:30pm. We have called to your support executive (+91 70666 27393) to request him to delay the bus just for 15 minutes but he said talk to bus incharge, he has no responsibility and cannot help just because we didn't reached on time and it is our mistake, saying this he hang up the call Then we called to bus incharge at the provided number and request him to wait for 10-15 minute firstly he said ok we will wait and when we called to after reaching bust stand he told us that bus left from bhunter. We were helpless and don't know where to go.. what to do now. We called out tour operater also but they said this is not their responsibility and can't help, talk to thrillophilia from where you booked your package. Tried to contact with customer support of thrillophilia but you guys was also not available. We were helpless, standing on road without eaten anything from almost from 16 hours , no one was there for support, calling to every bit of contact which we had for help. But nobody helped us and hang up the call saying this that they do not have any responsibility contact to trillophilia. And trillophilia was not available. Such a terrible service of trillophilia. Your guys do not have any backup in case of jam or any uncertainty. This is extremely samefull. A girl in my group she got highly injured and fainted out in all this rush we were also extremely tired after trekking and had no food after the breakfast which we got in our camps. Somebody stolen my wallet in all this rush. Had no money left with us also all our mobile phone got discharged. Lastly we booked a cab from Bhuntar to Delhi of 10000rs as there was no other option left for us. We paid him in Delhi as we do not have any money left with us. We have completely suffered in this trip rather enjoying it. My friend is still from health detoriariotion all the blame goes to you guys.

This was my 3rd time in a desert safari and was not good at all. first of all he picked us up at 3:30 and we started dune bashing at 4:10 pm alone in the desert with no other cars with us. we reached camp site at 5 pm, were the first ones there and were told the services will start at 7:30 pm because generally everyone arrives after 6:30 pm only. we had to wait there in scorching heat for more than 2 hours without water or any other services because they had not received the supply of water yet. later we got to know that the driver had to pick some one else also thats why he dropped us there as early as possible. this was a humiliating experience and would not opt for this from here ever again.

The place is not maintain... Adventures activities was expensive. Food quality is wrost. Hospitality of the resort is not at all good over all it was bad experience.

Don't go for this. Very pathetic Service, stay and food. Management is really bad. There are very hidden things which are not included here. Instead go directly. this app package is like vendor which will cost too much. Going directly will cost 800 Rs only for Rafting only. Go for this and choose stay location on your own. there are lot of good hotels and resorts available near Kolad.

The stay given was at a totally different place, NOT as shown in the photos. there the staff was very rude and the activities listed in package NOT operational. The stay was given at wilderwest and NOT at kundalika rafting camp The stay is NOT at kundalika rafting camp which, the naming is totally wrong and you can get trapped in the lies of this camp. It was a harrowing experience

Dont ever make a booking with them. My trek was supposed to start on 25th August but I wasnt able to reach on time because of Union problem between Himachal and Delhi union. I conveyed this to the vendor to shift the trek to tomorrow. He agreed to that. After few minutes I get a call from him asking me to pay 1000rs extra as I am changing the date and for the guide they need 1000rs extra as I would be alone. The site says you can make a booking everyday there are no particular dates. Yet he was asking for extra payment. I later asked them to just provide me with the accomodation and food and I dont need the guide they werent even ready for that. Chetna from the customer delight team provided me with a accomodation in their camp for one day as an alternative. But really disappointed with thrillophillia. The vendor is just a money making machine. If you are planning to go to kheerganga anytime DON’T BOOK FROM THEM.

It was really horrible. Was a provided a horrible campsite. We were 4 girls in the group and crowd was shady. There was no shade over the tent during monsoon. There was no camp manager and organization was horrible. The beds were pathetic and food was also just so so. No activities as such. Campsite pathetic. The thrillophilia person through whom i booked mr sanyam mathur did not even bother to respond to my calls and messages. Pathetic response. Wouldn't recommend camping with you'll

worst experience, there were a lot of things mentioned that it will be there but after reaching the resort it was told that the motor boat is not working, the boat on which we have to row is also not working, I was ready to pay for the water scooter but they were saying the person is not available as it is festival, after insisting only I got the service.overall I feel that the it was a loss of money for me by paying and just using the swimming pool and rain dance.if it was that only I could have used the same in some resort nearby why go so far????????????

This was the worst experience I had in 5 years of my trekking history. Still regretting the decision of booking this trek via Thrillophillia. The arrangement on the whole trek right from the beginning was totally awful and was far away from what was mentioned in trek package. 1. The bus used throughout the trek for surface transfer didn't have sufficient number of seats and we had to sit in the driver's cabin. Imagine sitting on some "SO CALLED" seats without any back and side support and that too while driving on hilly roads. My back is aching till date. 2. We were supposed to get stay at Govindghat on Triple/Quad sharing basis but we were put in a dormitory with 8 people in one room. Looks like you guys bunked your Mathematics classes in school. 3. The misery didn't end here and situation worsen after reaching the base camp at Ghangaria. As per your inclusions, we were supposed to get stay in Hotel with triple/quad sharing. But on the contrary we were put in tents that too with 8 people in one tent. The tents neither had enough space for 8 people nor did they were waterproof. Water kept on coming inside the tent throughout 3 days of stay at Ghangaria and we were just surviving/sleeping somehow within the water. What other option did we have??? My camera worth 50K also got damaged because of this rain water coming in. 4. The support staff and trekking guides weren't at all experienced and inadequate for the group of 34 people. There were only 2 guides for the group and one of them was going to this trek for the first time. They were hardly 20-21 years old and weren't able to manage the group. The people were scattered throughout the trek resulting in delays on every single day. 5. There was no proper representative of the vendor. Whosoever was present was unaware of the number of people coming and kept saying that we can't do much. I wasn't expecting such kind of experience after paying 10K for the trek. If I had gone alone, I would have surely managed it within 5K that too with a hassle-free experience. I still regret the decision of booking this trek via Thrillophillia. I would ensure that this doesn't happen again in future and will also put this via my social media channels to ensure that no one ever books a trek via Thrillophillia!

Horrible, is the best word! The bus was 45min late, that was the beginning. The first stop, was the only spot og interest that day. A portugesien fort. From there it was riddiculous indoor amusement parks and very dirty beaches. The guide did not say anything in english. After lunch some guys in the bus started to provoke people and shouting of everyone. Despite small kids in the bus, the guide or driver didnt do anything. Finally the driver didnt want to take me all the way back to my origin. Only because I insisted he did! What a day, and what a waste of time.
