The organizer was all the way behind the clock..late pick up....temporary a.c. issue, and finally jumped the visit to Anjuana beach with some filthy excuses....very much particular to finish up by 1630h... only poor professionalism....no customercentric approach....

Scuba diving experience was good. And the island was also superb. But the worst thing was the food and the way they have served it. The lunch was dreadful. They served some worst quality daal & rice for vegetarians and fish for non vegetarian. They made us stand on the beach without any chair or any other arrangements. We had to stand in the long queue under the scorching heat of the Sun and had to stand and eat like savages. So, don't fall victim of the free lunch thing.

one of the worst experiences.. the camp is utterly ill equipped..filthy pool..dirty washrooms.. no drinking water.. no fridge.. no facilities at all.. the infrastructure made is equivalent to committing fraud to sell something so horrible at this price..we finally could not risk to stay at the place and had to pay again to the indus flying club to stay for the night.. which is 10000 times better then this sham of a place

the lunch was a disappointment. The staff was not geared to serve the orders placed at the live counters. the emphasis was to cater to the corporate event which was going on simultaneously. the equipment for the free activities was practically missing. the paid activities were too expensive. we did those inspite of the expense otherwise we would wasted our day

Not worth money of 2k. proper tent was not given to us. asked for water 4 times still didn't get that. for trekking they asked to take our vehicles for 7km from the camp. wasted money and new year night!

No tour operator contacted us . secondly there was gap in communication about the details of the tour. we were told that wine tasting and vineyard tour was part of the package . but when we reached there , they eere offering only wine tasting. no value for the money

when we checked in @ 10.00 am,. nobody bothered to inform us that they were 2 alternative ways to get to the place where we could get the food coupons. extremely badly organised.

The tour package is incorrectly sold, it should have been just "Wine Tasting". The guide who walked us through the wine tasting asked us to get walk through the factory section (which was being renovated) and look at the vineyard, as we were walking, this other tour guide asks a security guard to send us back as we were not allowed. The whole experience left a very distasteful experience. I would not recommend this tour to anyone. Save your time and drive.

have a (bad) feedback to give about our stay. While you have some good people running the homestay, the room that we were given was bad in every sense. There was no proper place to sleep, room was very small and no way could accommodate a family of 3. More worse was the smell in the room that gave a bad cold to my wife that took a long while to get cured. If there was no proper room available, we should have been told and we wouldnt have come there.

I am extremely disappointed with this tour operator. They told me to catch the metro from Delhi then catch a taxi from there. But they did not advise me that the taxi would be so expensive and take so long well over an hour.. I never got to enjoy my flight as I never made it there as it was well and truly dark anyway and could not afford to get taxi any further.. So I had to turn around and go back to the metro and back to Delhi then had no money to pay a taxi back to hotel and as a solo female had to walk back to my hotel late at night. Ruined the last day of my holiday in India.. :( :( so disappointed

worst homestay experience. Dirty place, horrible food and discourteous staff who were reluctant to supply food. The food provided was itself very less and when we asked for re-fill, they just vanished and did not show up. The room was stinking and the bed sheet and blankets bear foul smell. While booking the number of rooms was not mentioned we ended up staying in one room..All 5 of us. Total Waste of time and money Preeti

Nothing great about this place. Activities are over charged. play ground is poorly maintained. Swimming pool is crowded and there is no control on number of people. I won't recommend this place to anybody

Just now i finished this. please don't waste your money and time. The worst experience i had in my life. we booked for Sunday got confirmation and i called them Saturday to confirm. Every thing was fine but nobody showed up on Sunday to pick us and they said they will refund or they can postpone. what will you do when you have booked the trip one month back planned entire itenary and then you are dropped...i spent another 3k for booking a private taxi for us and postponed it to Monday...they made me walk to the pick point which was one km from hotel which i had to carry my 2year kid and believe me they only showed us 3points and said it is over by 3.30pm...This is not worth a penny and tourist friendly...

Not Good! the lifetrees camp was a Very Small place with some tens of trees and a small manmade pond for water activities which was dry and being filled with pipeline of water. rope activities are as provided in any other resort. not different from others as well as not even same as others. food was good. we had breakfast and lunch. we were supposed to stay for the night in tent but did not stay as many tents conjusted and suffocating in a small area. march 10 very hot and humid there. also many stagnant water spots in the pond as well as near the tents, to attract mosquitoes. All in all we felt waste of 3500rs fr two of us and returned back. group of people might enjoy but still better go to a resort in blore city itself.

Third grade resort with third class amenities. Only point of selling is small stinky tents where unmarried couples can have some private moments. Not recommended for family or any decent person.

Seeing through the older reviews I was quite optimistic about the resort, but I did not meet any of my expectations. Now I did go through the reviews again and found all were older than June 2015 and that was the mistake I made. Now coming to the review part, place is not at all recommended to spent Rs. 1400 for just breakfast, lunch and evening tea, because most of activities are paid one's and are quite expensive. Activities included are limited and not maintained. What I mean by limited is they have one set of each pool table, foos ball, table tennis. So people need to wait for unlimited time to get a chance to play. Secondly they are not at all maintained. For snokker cue ball itself was missing and half of sticks were broken. Foos ball handle was coming out of the rod and was very difficult in playing. Now coming to swimming pool they have n sorts of rules implemented. you cannot enjoy drink nearby pool, as its not allowed. You are allowed to swim but not allowed to sit putting your legs in swimming pool. People go to resorts to enjoy and not to follow absurd rules in resorts. Even the hospitality was not good, they were very arrogant. Overall its a waste of money.

I want you to give us 2 set of ratings - 1 for the resort and other for the service given. The resort itself is 5 star. I am giving the 1 star rating for the service given. Actually I would give less than 1 star if there was an option. If I were to give my customer in my line of business such crappy service, we would be out of business. We reached at around 10:45 AM. 1) There is no information at the front desk or any sign indicating who should be contacted for Day Out bookings. (barring one notice board which says welcome - very intuitive) 2) Asked a couple of resort folks and they pointed aimlessly in one direction and said just walk all the way to the end of the resort and meet one Mr Nelson. 3) Did as we were told. There was no sign of any Nelson. Nobody to receive or ask if we needed assistance. 4) It gave me an impression that I should have not paid the sum of 12k.. just waltz in and enjoyed the resort services and walk out. 5) Same goes when it was time for high tea. There was no information. We just walked down to the same cafeteria. Were served some cold tea with no sugar. For a group of 7, there were 7 biscuits counted and placed in a plate. The resort is definitely a yes for the ambience and surroundings. But the service is donkey crap. If I were to spend the same amount of money in a earmarked resort abroad, they would have probably on their toes ensuring my family and I are having everything we need for a decent day out.

They cancelled it sayongvthe wrkshop is available only on weekdays. The executive who called me was very rude like a street vagabond.she s nt fit to handle customer.when i called for refund, she disconnected the phone like a disgruntled girlfriend

Not soo good ,even the photographer is not so proffesional ,Cooperation level is 0,even the suggestion he is giving not upto mark .wastage of time not so experinced photographer he took only abt 140 photo out of which 4-5 photos are expectable .He is not even suggesting any right poses.
