About Beale Wildlife Park And Gardens

Beale Wildlife Park and Gardens is a very large park spread over an area of 140 hectares on the bank of river Thames and it’s located between the villages of Pangbourne and Lower Basildon in Berkshire county. One of the peaceful places to see in Reading, the park has three sections of attraction: collections of small exotic animals and other wildlife; landscapes and gardens; and finally children's play areas.

The 1956 built Beagle Park was converted from private farmlands into a non-profit garden, a public place of recreation. At the avary of the park you’d be able to spot birds like the green peafowl, the mountain peacock pheasant and the Ball starling. Amongst the animals you see at the park, are a ring-tailed lemur, the tapir and capybaras and various reptiles. The most interesting and fun section at the park is the play area for children where they get to move around the park in the train, play and learn about the wildlife from the education officers.
