- No outside food or drink is allowed in the observation areas. Refreshments can be purchased at designated areas in KL Tower.
- No large bags, backpacks, or bulky items are allowed at Petronas Twin Towers. There are storage facilities available.
- Photography is allowed, but tripods, selfie sticks, and large camera equipment are prohibited without prior approval at both attractions.
- Adhere to all instructions and guidelines provided by the staff, especially regarding time limits at the Skybridge and observation deck.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the premises of both the attractions.
