I loved the beautiful temples such as Lempuyang temple. The view of the mountain through the gates of heaven was stunning. It was also extremely fun feeding the fish at thirtha ganga. The water sports experience was fantastic, we loved jet skiing and doing the sea walk.

My experience with thrilliophilia was nothing but amazing, right from the start of the trip to the very end, everything was planned and executed flawlessly. The driver details were shared before our departure, he was available before our flight landed and communicated well everything in advance. The hotels were really good, staff was very helpful and polite, food was good (one can argue on Indian food was not very good) We stayed for 4 nights in Kuta and the rest 3 nights in Ubud, both the hotels were close to the spots that we wanted to cover and the itinerary was well designed to cover the attaraction nearby. Our driver and the local staff were really helpful and polite, they helped us with everything that we required. We didn't face any timing issues or missed any spot (thanks to the weather as well, we didn't face any heavy rains during our time in Bali) Overall, I would definitely recommend Thrilliophilia for your next holiday!

The whole trip experience was really good and we were able to cover almost all famous places as per the itinerary. The POC was really helpful in getting the driver changed when he had difficulties with communication and also we were not provided water for two days but the POC was able to help us deliver that. Overall the experience was good and I would recommend others to also consider this as your next trip planner.

I must commend on Miss Deepika Kumari's exceptional communication skills and task management throughout the planning process. Her assistance and support made the entire journey smooth and hassle-free. We appreciate her dedication to ensuring our trip was nothing short of excellent. The hotels we stayed at were beyond our expectations - each one was superb! The overall stay was comfortable, and the quality of service provided by the staff was outstanding. Moreover, we found that the food served in the hotels surpassed our expectations compared to dining outside. Our tour guide, Mr. Roy, left a lasting impression on us with his professionalism and friendly demeanor. He ensured that we had a safe and enjoyable journey. The only suggestion we have is for him to provide more information about sightseeing spots along the route, as it would have enhanced our experience even further. Despite this minor setback, our overall experience was fantastic. However, I wanted to mention that there were some disappointments regarding my return flight ticket booking. It didn't meet my expectations, but I understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can arise. Once again, thank entire team for making this family trip an extraordinary one. Team efforts were truly appreciated by all of us.

Right from the sales team i.e Vaibhav who gave us itinerary of what we needed and operation team i.e Pooja and her peers who helped us in every possible way to make our trip memorable. Pooja was ill but went extra mile in upgrading our hotel when one of our hotel was not available. The travel and transfers were well planned and we had amazing driver Mr Sudira who was kind and helped us beyond his duty hours. Overall a great service.
