- Show timings will be kept the same for all visitors. You are expected to be on time.
- ID proof is mandatory for each visitor at the time of arrival.

- For the safety of both guests and animals, feeding of any kind is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorised by zoo staff.
- Guests should remain on designated paths and trails at all times to ensure their safety and the safety of the animals.
- Help keep the zoo clean by disposing of trash in designated bins.
- Respect designated quiet zones to minimise stress on the animals and enhance the experience for other guests.
