Booked trip to Bali with thrillophilia, had wonderful experience. Right from the beginning of booking till our end of journey support team was very active and helpful. On arrival we were received by the local driver who was assigned by Thrillophilia. He was very polite, supportive and helpful. He guided us during all the activities that was planned by Thrillophilia. Both the properties were very beautiful and Well maintained. Meals provided were delicious and healthy. On the second property had some issue with the room, but was resolved immediately by thrillophilia support team. Looking forward to have more wonderful memories with Thrillophilia.

My experience with thrilliophilia was nothing but amazing, right from the start of the trip to the very end, everything was planned and executed flawlessly. The driver details were shared before our departure, he was available before our flight landed and communicated well everything in advance. The hotels were really good, staff was very helpful and polite, food was good (one can argue on Indian food was not very good) We stayed for 4 nights in Kuta and the rest 3 nights in Ubud, both the hotels were close to the spots that we wanted to cover and the itinerary was well designed to cover the attaraction nearby. Our driver and the local staff were really helpful and polite, they helped us with everything that we required. We didn't face any timing issues or missed any spot (thanks to the weather as well, we didn't face any heavy rains during our time in Bali) Overall, I would definitely recommend Thrilliophilia for your next holiday!

The whole trip experience was really good and we were able to cover almost all famous places as per the itinerary. The POC was really helpful in getting the driver changed when he had difficulties with communication and also we were not provided water for two days but the POC was able to help us deliver that. Overall the experience was good and I would recommend others to also consider this as your next trip planner.

Overall, we had a very good experience at Bali..the itinerary was very well crafted, and Yashwant and team were really helpful in accomodating some last minute changes I requested..our driver/guide Gaing was fantastic - very knowledgeable and excellent in helping us during our time in Bali..overall, this was a really good experience!We would definitely consider Thrillophilia the next time we look to plan similar tours.

We had a phenomenal time in Bali and explored most of the must-see tourist attractions. I must appreciate the services of Thrillophilia for arranging a perfect itinerary and making us feel at ease throughout the tour. I had no idea what to expect from them but had an incredible time. The price is far more reasonable than other tour operators that we have compared with. Regardless of the reasonable tour package price, the service provided was excellent. Mr. Arya, our tour guide, was extremely friendly, helpful, considerate, and knowledgeable. He arrived at our hotel early on the days of our tours. He drove us safely to and from all of our destinations and answered many of our questions along the way. He was extremely patient and gave us insights into Balinese culture as well as historical and cultural notions of the places we visited. He is also an excellent photographer who assisted in the capture of some stunning images! He knew the way to every location and always made sure we arrived safely. The airline did disappoint us by losing two of our luggage on the first day, but Arya went above and beyond by taking us to a local shop to purchase the necessities. We didn't have to be concerned about anything in Bali while Arya was there. This tour was so enjoyable that I would highly recommend Thrillophilia and Mr. Arya to anyone visiting Bali.

Mr Aman was very helpful. He kept in touch during the tour to check we are comfortable. The driver at Bali Mr Iwan was excellent and very helpful. The local beach tour at Nusa Penida can be better done by boats. Overall an excellent tour. All Thrillophlia staff like Arunn and Ashish were also very good
