Places to Visit in Warsaw

1. The Royal Route - Also known as the Trakt Królewsk, the Royal Route connects five different streets starting from the Old Town. There are different monuments on this route. It also connects the three different residence of the Polish rulers - Royal Castle, Royal ?azienki and Wilanów Palace. Many different cafes and restaurants are also located on this beautiful route and has thus attracted many tourists over the decades.

2. Warsaw Fotoplastikon - The Warsaw Fotoplastikon is a revolving stereoscopic picture system that relies on the Kaiserpanorama concept in Warsaw, Poland. It is Europe's oldest existing stereoscopic theatre still operational in its actual site, having been in operation since 1905. It has become part of the Warsaw Uprising Museum and is a famous Warsaw tourist place.

3. Lazienki Park - Earlier known as the Royal Baths Park, Lazienki Park holds the title of the largest park in Europe. It was earlier designed to be a baths park but later was turned into a home for various significant monuments, the most famous one being the Palace on the Isles. 

4. Fryderyk Chopin Museum - As the name suggests, the Fryderyk Chopin Museum is a museum dedicated to the legendary Polish music composer, Frédéric Chopin. The museum was established in 1930 and exhibits the various mementos and possessions of Frédéric Chopin.

1. Warsaw Uprising Museum - Founded in the year 1983, the Warsaw Uprising Museum is a prominent landmark of Warsaw. It stands erect in the memory of all those who lost their lives in the uprisings of Warsaw in the year 1944. 

2. POLIN Museum - Set on the grounds of Warsaw Ghetto, the POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews features an exhibition about the Jewish community before the tragedy of World War II hit Poland. It opened its gates to tourists in the year 2013, 5 years after the construction started.

3. The Royal Castle - The Royal Castle is a protected UNESCO World Heritage, which used to be the home of the Polish rulers in the 16th-17th century. During World War II, it was left in ruins and had to be reconstructed in the 1980s for it to be a valuable tourist site. 

4. National Museum - The National Museum in Warsaw is home to an international collection of art and artefacts from ancient times to the present day. It offers its visitors priceless artifacts from the Nubian region, which have never been seen before in Europe. The most essential and revolutionary masterpieces by the Polish artists of the late nineteenth century and a pioneering exhibition of masterpieces from the 1990s and 2000s is also on display.

3. Teatr Wielki - Do you want to enjoy your night in the most sophisticated way? Head over to the Teatr Wielki for a night of opera and musical performances. It was constructed 170 years ago and remains the grandest opera of Poland.

1. Valentine’s Bridge - The valentine’s bridge is an adorable love bridge in Poland's and has been attracting flocks of tourists from different parts of the country. Lovers usually visit here to hang padlocks which are believed to be the lock of their love for each other.

2. ?azienki Królewskie - ?azienki Królewskie is Warsaw's largest park and one of the city's most romantic spots. It's in the midst of the Polish capital, thus it's like a green oasis in the middle of the city. The park has several gorgeous monuments, restaurants, and a lake, so you will not be bored.

3. Copernicus Science Centre - The Centrum Nauki Kopernik is a great place to go on a date in Warsaw! It's an interactive museum where you can learn a lot about science and the world at large. You might visualise how you'll appear in the future or engage in  a mental war with your lover.
