A must go place! We started our trek early in the morning and the journey through the jungle and waterfalls was breathtaking! There were a few steep climbs too with a scorching sun above us, but all of it is worth when you reach the peak. I would suggest to rest at the peak till evening and take the jeep ride back down, coz it is one hell of adventure! On the way back, park for a while to witness the mesmerizing sunset. It will soothe you of all the pain. The next day we had Nagara Fort on the way back. A picturesque location, i must say! With so many pics, burnt calories and smiles on our faces we returned with a bag full of memories :)

"The trek was awesome and it could be a little difficult one for the first timers. During the uphill firstly we came across thick forests (there were leeches) and then a waterfall which was of nearly 90-100ft. We got into the falls and played for sometime. Loved the waterfalls. After the waterfalls, the trek was on a uphill which wasn't that dense, for about 2-3 KMs and then comes the Jeep route from which we can finally see the kodachadri peak. we have to walk through that jeep route for nearly 2-3kms to reach the base of kodachadri peak. From there the peak is of 2kms. here we will be coming across rocky road at first and then we will be walking on edge of the hill which is covered with fog and we finally reached the peak. it was an awesome view from.the top. stayed at the peak for about an hour and started back. we came back from the jeep route. The organisers Santosh and Bhavani Were too patient, cooperative and experienced."

"This was a fantabulous experience ???? this journey really matched up my expectations. Starting from the base camp each and every step was memorable with the new bunch of folks. The best part is the delightful buttermilk in the middle of Trekking and then water falls being the mesmerising part of the jungle. Finally getting to the peak is a blissful relief. The most adventurous and tremendous part was returning to the base point in a JEEP through the forest mudroad which has breathtaking steeps and undulations. The day ended with the much needed fire camp with lots of memorable stories. Nagar Fort was kind of a view point or we can call it a mini green land because it has green in and around almost everywhere. Overall it was a magnificent memory of my life. ????"

I traveled to Agumbe with the group last November. Koodlu falls was still closed because of heavy rainfall before that but we got the stunning views of Onake Abbi falls. Found a big snake at Agumbe wild forest research station possibly a cobra. Also saw Pit Viper on our trek into jungle. It was quite an adventure and staying in the tents was an experience in itself. The food was delicious and our group had fun before the campfire. All in all, it was one weekend I won't forget for long time. The guide was very entertaining too with all his stories (mostly cooked up). Organizers were very helpful and always with us. It was my first time to live & experience the jungle and i can tell you it's worth every penny.

Good organizers were there with us from the booking stage to the final day of the Kodachadri Trek. Though we had done many treks before, but this was just the best one. Me and my friend went together after a planning of more than three months, and thrillophilia came out to be a great support, who was updating us regarding the departures all the time, and made this possible without any delay. The thick greenery is the main attraction in the region and the peak offers a decent challenge too. We can see a lot of bushes and meadows on the way uphill. But the views from the top made my day. Splendid it was. Two days went so fast. Met a great team from Bangalore and had so much fun at the campsite as well.

I and my friends Sandy and Varun reached Agumbe, we decided to head to a place known as Jogigundi Falls. It was an amazing place a perfect place to spend some time away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. We went trekking through the serene region and spotted wildlife here. We returned back to the village and had our lunch before making our way to the Koodlu Theertha falls. After spending some time at the sunset point we made our way down from the Ghat section to the Someshwar. It was a wonderful trip for all of us.

I was visiting my friend in Bangalore when he came up with the idea of camping. While searching I came up with this package which was the best for our weekend. It was a beautiful home stay and the rooms were very well furnished. While trekking we pass the thick forest. It was wonderful to trek through this region with the birds chirping and exploring various wild flowers. Next day we went for Kayaking which was another great experience for us. The peaceful environment made it all more amazing for us. Great experience.

After exploring several places of the South India, we realized that we have been to several distant placed yet haven’t explored the ones that are located nearby Agumbe. So, we planned this trip and went on trekking in this beautiful location. We booked the tour package and it was a 2 night and 3 day trip that was power packed and full of adventure. We clicked many pictures during our journey as the locations around were beautiful. Overall, it is a fun trip that all adventure enthusiasts must undertake.
