We absolutely loved the trek to Garhwal Himalayas on our vacation! As someone who loves water, the scenery of the lake by Chaukhamba Peak was really worth every single penny we spent on this trip! We spent around 5 days here in the cold, but did not feel the chills of the place as it was so tranquil and serene!

For me, Chandrashila Peak trek was a memorable trek. There is a lot to explore and discover on this trek. From Haridwar, we completed a total circuit and every bit of it was enjoyable. At our every step, there was something new and our trek guides did his best to keep us up-to-date about everything. Though I did not had an amazing camera, here are some of the pics I would like to share...hope, everyone enjoys this Deoria Tal trek!!

Though we started from Haridwar, the trek started from Kund on the second day. On the first day we had a knowledgeable discussion session with our trek organisers and the guides. After we started the Deorital trek, there was no stopping behind and one the fourth day we embarked on the Chandrashila peak trek. Compared to all the days, the fourth day's trek was pretty tough but it was total worth after we reached the peak. Special thanks to the guides and the instructors for being so helpful and calm all through the way. Simply lived it!

This trek is something that is truly enjoyable. This view is from the Chaukhamba Peak; this is where we captured the stunning and gorgeous views of the Deoria Tal Lake and its pristine, clear, and mirror-like waters. I was awestruck totally. During this trek, we reached the Tungnath temple, the highest shrine of Shiva in the world. This shrine is sheer brilliance and stunning thing ever in the world. The trekking path is amazingly challenging for newbies.Must visit this trek if your are a trekker!

Deoria Tal and Chandrashila Trek with Chopta is a short trek up to the most spellbinding peaks in Garhwal district. At the starting of this trekking journey we went to the Deoria Tal, where we totally enjoyed and relished the charming beauty of Deoria Tal Lake while standing at 2438 m. This is my favourite Himalayan trek as you get to see the radiance of the sunset during this trek in the most brilliant way possible here.

Snow trekking to Chandrashila Peak was an amazing experience! Does' nt really matter if this is your first time or you have had any previous trekking experience- as once you embark on this trip there is no scope of you giving up. The place is beautiful, however, it might get damn cold but then just tuck yourself and keep going. The entire region is damn beautiful and worth clicking a thousand pictures.

Deoria Tal and Chandrashila trek was one of my best experience so far. Started trekking from Kund and finally got to hike up to Deoria Tal on the second day and Chandrashila Peak on the fourth day. The climbs were really wonderful and filled with great views of dense forests, sky kissing mountains and also had plenty of nature's beauty. The way it was arranged for our group was really praise-worthy. Even the overnight camps were also in very good condition.

The experience was amazing. But above this, I must appreciate the patience and friendliness of the trek organisers. On the first hand, they were always ready to answer our million doubts. Secondly, during the 5 days of the Chandrashila peak trek, the trek leaders helped us in every possible ways. Thirdly, we got everything as promised to us; I believe, there are only a handful of trek organisers who fulfils all the promised stuffs. Kudus to the entire team.
