We saved some money since we booked flight tickets through Thrillophilia. Even though the clarity on itinerary was given last minute, it was well planned. Aman was helpful in clarifying doubts and providing necessary information. The Bali driver/guide was very cheerful throughout the trip. He took us to some shoppings, good restaurants, beach sunset view points. Bali is a beautiful place with kind hearted people and we'll maintained city.we loved the evitel resort stay and Diamond hotel Stay in Bali. Both the hotels had beautiful view. Bali swing, ATV ride, rafting and other places of the itinerary everything was sorted, we had to just visit and enjoy them. One of my personal favourite place is Ulan Danu temple and kintamani view point. Nusa penida island was like fairy Wonderland with light blue water. Overall the tour was great and mesmerizing.✨

Amazingly organized tour! It can't be better! The best value for money tour we ever had. The hotels were neat and clean. All of us loved the stay for 2 nights at The Mutiara Jimbaran Private villa with spacious living cum dinning cum kitchen facing the private pool. Our tour guide cum driver Mr Vivek was very courteous and helpful. He took us for an evening show that was not included in the itinerary. We wished we had more time to enjoy the beaches of Nusa Penida, in particular the Angel Bilabong beach and spend some more time at the swing as it started raining. The massage at the Mutiara Sspa provided as complimentary was really refreshing and rejuvenating to all. Altogether, a wonderful trip to cherish.

It was our most memorable trip so far. Everything was so hassle free and perfectly organised. All the stays, transfers and entry tickets were all perfectly arranged. You don’t need to worry about anything just pack on your bags and boom you are ready to go!!! The best part of thrillophila is that we can customise the plan according to our wish. Stuti the sales person and Pooja was our operations team person both did a splendid job. They answered all our queries and helped us in all possible ways. Stuti helped us in finalising the itinerary and Pooja helped us with the execution side. They both were very humble and they helped us to make a best memorable trip.

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.

In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.

All applicable refunds will be done in the traveler's Thrillophilia wallet as Thrillcash.

If cancellation are made 30 days before the date of travel then 25.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
If cancellation are made 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel then 50.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
If cancellation are made 0 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
