We had the best experience on our Bali trip because of the decision we took by planning our itinerary with Thrillophilia. The team was so cooperative and cleared the doubts with much patience. From the point we arrived in Bali to the time we left, the guide helped us in all aspects like waiting for us without any trouble, planning the next day schedule beforehand and being on time everyday. Unfortunately we lost our bag in Nusa Penida island in which our passports are there and we were so tensed as we had flight the other day. The driver helped us in searching and with so much luck we are able to find it back because of the driver who helped us by sharing the bag pic with the team. We would have faced many struggles if we went on our own. Overall the experience was best♥️

Local guide at Bali Mr Nyuman one of the best guides, very helpful, always on time, very well planned, took us to very good restaurants and shopping centres. Ubud ladera villa was a beautiful stay! Nice pool! Delicious and abundant breakfast. Atv rides and rafting was great! But we wished the photos would have been inclusive in package and not a separate buy Hotel bliss surfer at kuta was a good stay too Breakfast was ok not as great as in ubud Bali hai cruise was great experience too! Loved the crew members and the food! Everything was on time and very well planed on the cruise Nusa penida was a place were we experience discomfort the local driver there mr Rijek was not very helpful, wasn’t guiding well and we couldn’t understand as to how much time we had. The bubu beach was not at all a worthy time spend … we left the beach in 5 mins as it had nothing to offer Also the driver left us at the beach club and did not inform us properly as to how we could do snorkelling. The Indian crowd there explained us how and where to go for snorkelling Over all a great experience though Mr Aman and Thrillophilia team was very helpful throughout the time Again would like to mention Mr nyuman our Bali guide and driver … very warm, kind and helpful added positive vibes throughout the journey ! We have been planning this from a while. While browsing found Thrillophilia's 7 Days 6 Nights Bali package. It looked perfect covering all major attractions . Once contacted, I was provided with the information I wanted and they were very helpful in making the itinerary as required . POC Aman Sharma was in contact with us once we confirmed and payment is done. He was always in touch with us to provide the required information . The team was prompt in providing the itinerary, hotel vouchers and guidelines to help us . I would like to highlight few points . 1. Hotels were clean . The hotel staff were very courteous and helpful . 2. The Evitel Resort, Ubud was at prime location . Walkable distance to Monkey forest . Also the market area is very close. We were just strolling around those areas in evenings . Had a very good view of a farmland 3. The Bliss Surfer Hotel in Kuta was very funky . We had a cosy balcony . Very close to airport . 4. Our driver cum guide Nengah Sarjana was very helpful. Always on time . A gentleman . He was there with us all 7 days . Very lovely person. Always trying to give information while driving . Asking us if anything we need like shopping, activities . He was there to give us information. 5. All that promised in itinerary was delivered. 6. We saved some money since we booked flight tickets through Thrillophilia. Even though the clarity on itinerary was given last minute, it was well planned. Aman was helpful in clarifying doubts and providing necessary information. The Bali driver/guide was very cheerful throughout the trip. He took us to some shoppings, good restaurants, beach sunset view points. Bali is a beautiful place with kind hearted people and we'll maintained city.we loved the evitel resort stay and Diamond hotel Stay in Bali. Both the hotels had beautiful view. Bali swing, ATV ride, rafting and other places of the itinerary everything was sorted, we had to just visit and enjoy them. One of my personal favourite place is Ulan Danu temple and kintamani view point. Nusa penida island was like fairy Wonderland with light blue water. Overall the tour was great and mesmerizing.✨
