  • Passengers cannot sit on the carriage sill between Lakeside and Gembrook station at this time.
  • Assistance dogs are allowed. They must be restrained by a harness or leash at all times.
  • Restrooms are available in all the stations.
  • Parenting rooms are available in all the stations.
  • Belgrave to Gembrook and Lakeside to Gembrook journeys are available on Friday - Sunday.
  • The Puffing Billy Railway operates daily except Christmas Day.
  • All foreign nationals must share their passport details at the time of arrival.
  • Visitors are required to check-in at the booking office 60 minutes before the departure of the train.
  • Check-in at the booking office closes 30 minutes before the train departs.
  • Please arrive at least 20 minutes before the scheduled time at the boarding station. The train can not be held and will depart at the scheduled time.
