Your appointment will be shortened if you arrive late and without notice. It will be cancelled if you are more than 30 minutes late.
Call the spa at least 24 hour(s) before your appointment time to reschedule if you are unable to make it. The appointment will be cancelled if you are more than 30 minutes late.
For safety purposes, it is not recommended for women more than 1 months pregnant, children aged 0-12, and anyone that has high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc, or seniors to participate in this activity
If your preferred time-slot is fully booked, the staff will recommend an alternative time-slot.
