Know Before You Go for Bali Ice Skating Arena Tickets

Premium skates (size 25 – 45), children under 4 years are not allowed to play ice skating due to the unavailability of shoe sizes.
Guidelines issued by the Bali province are to be followed. Social distancing to be maintained. Frequent hand sanitization and use of masks recommended.
ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue.
Your ice skating session must be within 2 hours slots (ice needs to be cleared in between those times). Please come 30 minutes before the session starts.
Skaters must bring and wear socks and gloves for safety purposes, or buy them at the venue for IDR 20.000 for gloves and IDR 15.000 for socks.
Everyone accompanying skaters and do not ice-skate, is required to buy and use a visitor pass of IDR 25.000. Visitor pass is a companion ticket that cannot be used to rent or to use ice skating shoes but can be exchanged for tea or coffee.
All ice skaters are required to wear gloves and socks due to safety and mutual comfort during ice skating.
This activity is not recommended for those with medical conditions (high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.), pregnant women, or seniors.
Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue.

In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

If cancellation are made 30 days before the date of travel then 15.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
If cancellation are made 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel then 25.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
If cancellation are made 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 50.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
If cancellation are made 0 days to 7 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.
