Bhandardara is a holiday resort village near Igatpuri, in the western ghats of India. Bhandardara Lake camping is one of the most amazing and highly favorite camping and picnic spots for lovers of nature. Located near Igatpuri in the Western Ghats of India, it is a hotspot of tourism for its natural beauty and the attractions nearby like the many hills, waterfalls, Wilson dam, and Arthur Lake.

This camp by the lake is a great place to stay and enjoy a getaway in the lap of nature. Complete with comfortable tents and mattresses, the place even has clean and hygienic toilets to make the place and even more wonderful experience. 

About Arthur Lake Bhandardara Camping:

- Arrive at the Bhandardara campsite on your own by 5 PM and check in to the allotted camps.
- Spend some time exploring the area before settling around the campfire for a session of stories and singing with dancing.
- Enjoy a scrumptious dinner and after dinner experience fireflies during forest visit before settling in for the night. (Depending on the availability of fireflies)
- Wake up early to see the beautiful sunrise & a mesmerizing sight of the lake in the morning hours.
- Have your breakfast and spend some time at the camp before checking-out and bringing the camping to an end.

How to reach Arthur Lake Bhandardara Campsite: 

From Mumbai: Approx 165 kilometres
From Pune: Approx 175 kilometres

The location is easily accessible through public as well as private vehicles. It is preferred to use private vehicles for smooth traveling.

NOTE: You can also opt for a variant in which the transportation is available from Kasara station to Kasara station. In that case, The pickup timings will be at 2:50 PM from Kasara station.

Child Policy: Children below 5 years are complimentary. Children between the ages of 6-12 can book in the child variant. Please note that if you are booking the package with transportation then there is no concession for children. If they are above 5, they will be treated as an adult.

  • If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

  • If cancellations are made within 0-30 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

  • In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However a cash refund will not be applicable for the same.

  • Cancellations are strictly subjected to cancellation policies mentioned on the website & are irrespective of the date of booking.

  • In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
