We went in April to avoid the peak summer crowds and it was a very good decision. The Geiranger fjord cruise had very few other boats and the Seven Sisters waterfall was on full spring volume. Flam Railway through the mountain was one of the most beautiful train journeys we have taken. Stockholm and Copenhagen in spring with the parks starting to green up. Thrillophilia had chosen hotels within walking distance of the main areas in each city which meant we could use evenings well without depending on taxis. 12 days and every transition was smooth.

The landscapes were stunning beyond imagination — from glaciers to fjords and picturesque villages. The trip was well-paced, allowing enough time to soak in the beauty without feeling rushed. Overall, it was a perfect international getaway and I would love to visit again.
