About the tour
-Start your trip at 8:00 am by assembling at the Pachkodiya Village from where you will be driven straight via jeep for the sightseeing of Sambhar Lake which is the largest salt lake in India offering beautiful white luster. 
-After reaching there, the expert guide will take you to the famous Shakambhari Temple which is in the vicinity of the lake. Now, walk to the top of the hill from where you can enjoy the mesmerizing vistas of the lake. 
-Coming down in the white fields to click the pictures and you can go close to the lake to watch thousands of flamingos and salt pans that will add more fun to your trip. 
-Now, it's time to drive to Fatehgarh- a farm in Pachkodia village. Here you will be greeted with welcome drinks and soulful folk music. 
-Furthermore, you will get pleasure by camel safari or camel cart ride around the village and explore amazing village life. You will get a chance to visit government school (if open) where you can distribute notebooks and pencils, provided by the tour leader. You can interact with the children and click the pictures with them. 
-After doing all these activities, return to the farm, enjoy a complimentary glass of beer followed by a delicious lunch. Now, get ready to indulge in fun activities as a demonstration of Turban tying and Heena tattoo will be organized for you at the farm with the live music. 
-Visit Fatehgarh Hall where you see the good collection of antique books and the pictures of H.H Maharaja of Jaipur when he visited this farm. 
-Back to the destination and activity ends here on a happy note with sweet memories that remind you of this tour. 

How to reach?
Your tour will start from Pachkodiya Village, Jaipur. You will get easily public and private transportation to reach the location. 

Time Duration- 5 to 6 Hours

Departure time- 8:00 am
End time- 4:00 pm

Itinerary

  • Day 1 -

    8:00 am- 9:00 am: Assembling at the Pachkodiya Village from where you will be driven straight via jeep for the sightseeing of Sambhar Lake. Visit Shakambari Temple.

    12:30 pm: Drive to Fatehgarh- a farm in Pachkodia village. Here you will be greeted with welcome drinks and soulful folk music.

    1:00 pm: Camel safari or camel car ride to explore the village. Also, visit government school (if open) to interact with the children and distribute notebooks and pencils to them.

    2:00 pm - 4:00 pm: Enjoy a complimentary glass of beer with lunch. Indulge in fun activities like Turban tying and Heena Tatto at the farm with live music. Return to the destination and your trip ends here.
