What is the minimum age for children and is it safe?

Children aged below 4 years will be free of charge and they will not be given an extra seat and have to share one with their parents. Children who are aged between 4 years and 12 years can book this amazing tour at child fare and they have to accompanied by an adult. Children who are aged 13 years and above have to book this tour at the adult fare.Yes, this tour is completely safe and not a single concern should be there regarding the safety of the children as the show performed by the dolphins who are highly trained, also you will not be interacting with them up close. Also, if you would like to interact you can do so by asking the staff members and if they allow, you can witness the majestic creatures up close. How can I cancel the booking?

The cancellation policy is very lenient as if you wish to cancel at least 7 calendar days in advance, there will be no cancellation charges levied on you and you will get a full refund of your booking amount. If you cancel between 3 to 6 calendar days you will get a 50% refund of your booking price, as there will be a 50% cancellation charge levied on you. If you cancel within 2 calendar days of the date of booking then there will be no refund given to you as there will be a 100% cancellation charge levied on you.

No, you cannot give your ticket to someone else as at the Dolphins Bay your ID will be checked along with the booking voucher from Thrillophilia and if you fail to present both, then you will not be granted entry to the show. Thus, as the booking voucher holds your name and it cannot be used by someone else except you.
