Be careful while booking. I booked it for a weekend trip. But when I went there they said that it's already booked. I am still giving it 2 stars for Thrillophilia's (Keerthana) effort to find resort for us within an hour. Nice customer service after a mistake, but this experience was horrible.

Not value for money. Only 3 games were included i.e. Rappelling, Kayaking & Paint ball (after great fight).. Food was good.. It would have been great if River Crossing & Quad Biking has been added for this package..

We just went here last week end as 30 member team. Saw several reviews but it was not worth the money we felt. What's good : Only nature as you are outskirts of bangalore What's bad: They just had only trekking and swimming - they sent guide but that guy just stands and no safety measures undertaken - for swimming - they just give life jackets, no one will monitor or help you during kayaking etc. you are left alone to do your self What is very bad: Food is THE WORST part i have ever seen. Honestly! - Morning, idly, vada was not good taste. chutney n samabar too watery - lunch - they just gave veg pulao and water like butter milk n banana. No taste at all - evening - tea is again water. mirchi bajji is ok types. It might be good before. we did not quite like it Now.

The kodachadri trek is mind blowing . You will love the waterfalls and the scenery . You meet new people and make friends . But the person who organized it wasn't there. It started with the wrong pick up timings . Then , we did not trek to the peak as it was late and we were tired .They have a single kayak , two in each kayak , for around 22 people . This wasted another 2 hours . Even though we skipped nagara fort we still reached Bangalore at 1 am .

WORST EXPERIENCE, we got to know about this resort in thrillophilia, took all info and booked over phone in one week before when we went there no welcome drink served, facility was not at all good, they only told us Swimming pool is dirty you can't use. Rain dance is not there due to motor issue dry games area was also not clean, they could have informed us this when we reached there but after 1 hour also no one came to us to talk so we only went to contact manager that time they told all these, dont even think to go to this resort if you want to spend good time.

Took my family for a day out here during the weekday.. the only thing my kids were looking for is to use the swimming pool which was unfortunately not in a condition to be used. The pool was very dirty and was told that it was due to the rain the previous day. Very disappointing outing. However the food was OK though served at the table and no buffet available...Staffs are helpful.

My Worst ever experience. The place is good for a very short trek, in-fact the total trek duration would have only about 1 hour max. We were around 100 people in total with just 3 people organizing the trek; first of all there is no tracking on who all have came for the trekking, what are their details, their emergency contact numbers, etc., and there too is no first aid kit with the organizers. What really happened on the D-day, we a group of 7 people boarded at tinfactory at 12 AM (supposed boarding point is 11.15 PM), we reached the place around 1.10 AM, it was showering very lightly for the first 15 mins of the trek and we were informed that there can't be a camp fire because of that. The crowd is too big for the organizers to manage, the recommended ratio would be 1:(7-10) but it was 1:>30. We started with walking for 10 mins and waited for 30 mins for the organizers(don't know what they were doing) to inform us the route we have to take to reach the caves, then due to the huge crowd we couldn't trek fast and so walked for another 20 mins to reach a spot inside the caves where we waited for around 2 hours doing nothing as we were not aware which route to take from there. Then after being guided the path we reached the venue of usual camp fire and camping spot and now there was no indication of any further rain and the last shower had stopped more than 2 hrs again still they didn't want to do any camp fire or camping and so we waited there for another couple of hours and then we walked to our bus. And there was another activity in the bus that we are allowed to sleep for 2 hours in the bus as the bus was not ready to start. It is 7AM now, a total of we walked for 40 to 50 mins and just waited hoping something will happen in the rest 5 hours of our incredible trek. Overall it a very good spot to trek.

Our Wine tour with lunch at Nandi hills was postponed to February from January as we were told that harvest begins only in February. So the date was set for 14 February 2015....4 of us girls decided to embark on this fun tour. All excited we arrived at the venue at 10.30 am sharp, alas a group of foreigners were yet to arrive and we had to wait about 45 minutes. Spirits still high we waited for the actual tour. Package had mentioned - Vineyard tour, wine tasting , Lunch and guide charges. What actually was undertaken was - guide talk about the process of bottling and labeling , wine tasting and Lunch. Lunch could have been better - as this menu was just a veg Soup with Veg/Chicken biryani , Raitha, Papad and a Jamun at the end. The buffet spread was indeed missing ;) we were still wondering about the much awaited Vineyard tour and the process of grape crushing. But much to our dismay, the guide casually mentioned at lunch that we could undertake the vineyard tour on our own , if we wanted to.....to a place 20 kms away in our own vehicle with no guide in hand......essentially be at the mercy of the watchman there to educate us about Cabernet and Shiraz..... All in all, correct information should have been shared so that we would be prepared for all that had transpired. Hope the Thrillophilia team can ensure that other guests don't encounter the same set of problems.... Cheers .... Preetha

view was amazing but tour guide was not upto the mark, also they charge 50 rs for a tea which is not worth for even 5 rs same case with maggie, while returning to bhagsu nag on the next day, the guide left us alone like we were 12 people in a group and he didnt even cared about it.

My experience with neha was pathetic. None of my requirements met expectation. In entire camp only we were staying instead of asking her about other bookings , she said there are many bookings on this date in this camp. Furthermore river is also not accessible from campsite and none of the activities are possible here like fishing because there is no water in the river. Food options is very basis as compared to the reviews shared on this site. Before booking she discussed on entire plan but nothing was organised. And after reaching her,she switched off her phone. Incredible trek, horrible organisation and management. Please go with other operators. Trek: The trek itself is spectacular. The Ladakhi landscape is dramatic and breathtaking offering incredible contrasting views. Walking on the frozen river is a unique experience and one that needs to be undertaken at least once. Experience with Thrillophilia: This is probably the worst travel website I have interacted with, and I have had a fair bit of experience with several of them. First of all, there's absolutely no management at their end. I wanted to book some add ons after the trek (Pangong, Nubra), but I was told that I first needed to book the trek for them to even give me details and a quote for these add ons (really?!). On booking the trek, I was directed to another team who never bothered to respond, which in the end meant I was kept delaying booking my flight. Second, the team itself had no idea on anything related to the trek. Most questions went unanswered or were directed to the "ground operator" who was always unavailable. Third, they did not put the co-trekkers in touch with each other. We had a great time together and would have loved to make contact earlier, to plan things to carry (cameras, batteries, medicines, food, etc. that are common to all). Fourth, till the very las day, we were not able to get in touch with our ground operator, going in for such an arduous trek with no information. Fifth, the list of things they asked us to get was incomplete. It has things we absolutely did not need (like ponchos, raincoats, tiffin boxes) and did not have things we absolutely needed (like gumboots). I asked them time and again before the trek on the kind of footwear and they said we did not need gumboots, however, that is exactly what we needed to carry. In the end, I had to rent them from Leh (which is easy and cheap), but I couldn't get my size and was stuck with a size smaller than mine, making the walk a little annoying. Sixth, the stay in Leh was itself at the worst hotel. Calling it a hotel is an insult to other establishments. The staff there was amazing, but the place was horrible. It was colder in the hotel than it was on the actual trek where temperatures ranged from -20 to -35! We were freezing in the hotel, without heaters and were told this was to acclimatise us for the trek (they'd go to any extent to cut costs). Seventh, Thrillophilia is an aggregator and doesn't organise these treks themselves, which would be fine, since that how many operate. However, there is absolutely no coordination between them and the local operator and the result is that you end up being a table tennis ball, directed from one to the other without any respite or resolution. Eight, we did not meet our guide until the day of the trek, which meant that our queries and questions were answered by the Thrillophilia manager there, who couldn't be less interested in it. We met no one on landing at the hotel. He did not have details of the trekkers (Expecting us to coordinate while we were there. I don't know what sort of communication line exists at Thrillophilia, if any at all), was hardly available, always attending calls on our "briefings", and dismissed concerns with contempt. Moreover, he seemed unconcerned when one of the fellow trekkers came down with AMS. Lastly, the equipment itself. We were told that our sleeping bags were army grade and retired bags used by the jawaans at Siachen. They're not. They're from a good Austrian company, but decades old and worn out. Some of the bags we got were damp, while others were horribly dirty. Our tent had a malfunctioning zipper, that opened on one of the nights and wouldn't close, freezing us in -30 temperatures, where the wind exacerbated the cold. Also, we were told that the sleeping bags would be sanitised, all the more important given the Covid context, but basic hygiene expected given that people have been sleeping in them for nearly a week. On the trek, the guy told us that they only write that on their website and in e-mails, but they can't practically clean them, so they just sun them out for a day before sending them packing for the next trek. He was apparently "setting expectations right" by telling us this. Disgusting! All in all, the trek is wonderful, but Thrillophilia is the worst trekking experience I've had. There definitely was no 'thrill' there, and as regards the 'philia', let's just say there was no love lost. Please go with other operators.

The negative review is mainly due to the trek leader and transport. I'm a slow trekker due to a health condition. The trek leader trash talked me throughout the way with the people she already knew there. I know some Kannada having lived in Bangalore for 5 years. To add to this, she started doing the same thing within the group and the whole group started bullying me on the second day. Its a simple social phenomenon of not wanting to be left out that has people ganging up on introverts and nonconformists. This was the least expected and I will never ever venture out to trek with a bunch of strangers again.

Bad experience. They didn't take to grand island, instead took to paradise beach. Water was muddy. Breakfast and lunch quality was exceptionally poor. Sports activities was okay. I won't recommend it to anyone.

Firstly, the voucher was not sent at all. After chasing the local representative in Goa (that too took almost half a day to get the number) for a day he then shared the vendor's number who gave the trip details. Upon reaching the vendor's office he claimed the information on the site is old and hasn't been updated. Later, he confirmed the timings (who does fishing between 6-8 PM?), upon arguing he said latest we can do 4:30 and then after 30 mins he said that slot is no longer available. Somehow we managed (by luring him to book more tours) to get the trip organized at 3:30 PM, that too we had to manage another contractual vendor from the start point. Though we were lucky to get a private boat but then it was not clean, nothing on board to drink or eat (as promised in the voucher) and it was all random rather than a planned trip. All in all, we did enjoy being in the middle of the sea but the entire experience before reaching the sea was horrendous! The vendor was Dream Adventures in Candolim and he even ditched us for a scuba tour, so don't for all these tours and make sure you have all the basis covered.

Thrillophilia - this company after booking cottage they not providing anything and they are not sending any email or watsp, but they will send in booking date afternoon, they will tell we sent in same day which mean in booking day, so here we are unable to get cottage same day, they will give only 1500 out of 3668, this way they will do scam, they are not responding calls also, still iam trying..

Why is my review not showing? Because it was negative?

I had been with my family last Saturday. You can only do trekking, ziplining and swimming. All other outdoor adventure activities are damaged so u can't do. Food is pathetic. They don't have proper cooks. One can taste only salt or sugar in the food prepared. They had taken so many bookings during covid 19 saying they are operating with only 50% capcity. All the tents were placed so close to each other that u barely have space to walk. Big fat rats seen running around in the kitchen.

The Worst experience which I ever had. The app agent will call us until we have booked our camping.Once we completed the payment, they won’t lift our calls. The facilities are worst. Not all the campings are good. The food which they provide is tasteless. Pawna Lake Camping is good to enjoy the nature, but try to book with any other app that has this camps. Finally,The worst Thrillophilia.

After this trip i am utterly disappointed with the management services of Thrillophilia. You lack clarity of the location and that gives you a very poor control over the choices. Very Poor Services. After Paying them so much i had to get all the things organised. You should stop your services for now and think of how to Plan further. In Fact i did not get what i paid for. I have a complete right to go to the consumer court for your services. PNR:- CRWBE6
