Took my parents to Bhutan through Thrillophilia this was their first international trip and I was anxious about getting it right. The team planned it with senior travellers in mind. Shorter drives, ground floor rooms when possible, and nothing too physically demanding except the Tiger's Nest hike which was optional. My father, who is 57 made it to the top. Bhutan feels like stepping into another century in the most beautiful way possible. Paro Taktsang hike in the early morning mist, Punakha Dzong where two rivers meet, the archery competition we stumbled upon in Thimphu every moment felt unique. Thrillophilia's coordinator Rohit had added these local cultural experiences to our itinerary which made all the difference. Came from Delhi and would go back without a second thought.
