The archery, the white-water kayaking, and the mountain biking sections of this itinerary added real energy alongside the cultural experiences. The guides understood how to balance both. Myself and my wife wanted a quiet trip after a very hectic year and Bhutan was exactly the right choice. Thrillophilia put together an itinerary that was relaxed without being boring. Our local guide in Paro was knowledgeable and took us to a small monastery off the main route that turned out to be the most memorable stop of the entire trip. Tiger's Nest hike was challenging but completely worth it. Hotels were clean and well situated at every location.
