The tea museum visit was very interesting for the kids and they loved the chocolate tasting session. The support group on WhatsApp was very active and solved a minor AC issue in our hotel room instantly. The houseboat was very clean and the food served on board was fresh and delicious. We booked a quick getaway from Bangalore and the houseboat in Alleppey was the absolute highlight. Karthik from the support team ensured our South Indian dietary preferences were met on the boat, which was a very thoughtful gesture. Watching the sunset over the backwaters while sipping fresh coconut water is something I’ll never forget. The tea museum in Munnar was very informative and the kids really enjoyed the live chocolate-making session afterwards. Our driver was a thorough professional who knew all the shortcuts to avoid traffic and get us to the viewpoints on time. It was a very smooth experience from the airport pickup to the final drop-off. We particularly loved the evening martial arts show in Thekkady, which was very high energy and culturally rich.

Chala bagundi trip, the Alleppey houseboat was so peaceful and the staff was very welcoming. Prasad from the team was very helpful with the planning and even suggested some great local spots for authentic food. The spicy Kerala dishes were a hit with us as they reminded us of home in Hyderabad. The vehicle provided was in great condition and the driver was very safe on the winding mountain roads. A memorable holiday for our whole family.
