Pre-Arrival Registration (PAR) For Indian Nationals

We know you’re buzzing with excitement and ready to jet off! But hold up- before you pack your bags, don’t forget to complete your Pre-arrival Registration (PAR). Because no PAR means no PARTY…!

So, here’s a quick guide on what you need to do before venturing off for your dream trip. PAR is a quick, free online process for Indian nationals holding a passport valid for at least six months. Just head to the GovHK website, enter your details exactly as they appear on your Indian passport, and boom- you’ll get instant results.

If successful, print the Notification Slip on A4 white paper, sign it, and double-check that all details match your passport. In case you lost or renewed your passport, you’ll just need to reapply.

If your PAR doesn’t go through, you’ll have to apply for a visa directly with Hong Kong’s Immigration Department. So, get that paperwork sorted, and you’re all set for your Hong Kong adventure!
