Silver Beach is located on Koh Samui Island which is located along the eastern coast of Thailand, in the Gulf of Thailand. Popularly known as Crystal Bay and Haad Thong Ta-khian (meaning ‘beach of Ta-Khian trees), it is highly visited by tourists and is one of the most popular beaches on the island. Silver Beach is a paradise which is located close to the highly visited and popular area of Chaweng.

By air: Koh Samui Airport is around 11 km from Silver Beach. From the airport, one can take private cabs to the beach which can cost you $30-$40 per day.

By road: Silver Beach is easily accessible by road. It is located near Chaweng, a popular tourist spot. From Chaweng, you can hire scooters which can cost you around $8 per day or ride in the Songthaews which are local tuk-tuk rickshaws.
