About Mother Of Victory Church

The Mother of Victory Church in Thane is the only Catholic church in all of India dedicated to the Lady of Victory. The Church was initially set up in the 16th century by Christian migrants to Kerala. The shrine is a popular Christian pilgrimage in the country, for the idol of Mother Mary preserved within it has been secured from Wigratzbad, Germany, where the Lady is said to have made several appearances in the 20th century.

The Church conducts mass in both Malayalam and English, as most of the churchgoers here are traditionally Keralites.

Timings: 07.00AM-09.00PM on Tuesdays, 07.00AM-07.00PM on all other days of the week
