Arrival in Leh | Welcome to the Top of the World
Welcome to Leh! Upon arrival at Leh Airport, board your transfer to the hotel and complete your check-in. The rest of the day is reserved for relaxation and acclimatization to the region's high altitude and weather conditions. Take the day easy, stay hydrated, and avoid strenuous activities to help your body adjust before beginning your exciting adventures across the breathtaking landscapes of Leh-Ladakh.

Day 2
Leh to Sham Valley | Explore the Borders of Leh
Today, get driven for a full-day excursion to the scenic Sham Valley, one of Leh's most popular sightseeing circuits. Begin with a visit to the Hall of Fame, dedicated to the bravery of the Indian Army, followed by the historic Spituk Monastery. Continue to Gurudwara Pathar Sahib before experiencing the fascinating gravity-defying illusion at Magnetic Hill. Later, visit the Indus-Zanskar Sangam, where the two rivers meet, and explore the famous SECMOL campus, known from the movie 3 Idiots.

Leh to Khardung-La | Drive to the World’s Highest All Season Motorable Road
In the morning, get driven on an exciting excursion to the iconic Khardung La Pass, one of the world's highest motorable roads. Enjoy a breathtaking drive through dramatic mountain landscapes and soak in panoramic views of the snow-clad Himalayas. Spend some time at the pass capturing memorable photographs before returning to Leh. Upon arrival, enjoy free time to explore the vibrant Leh Market, where you can shop for local handicrafts, souvenirs, and traditional Ladakhi products.
Activity: Visit to Khardung La

Day 4
Leh to Pangong Lake | Visit the Famous Rancho School
Today, set out on a full-day excursion to the Pangong Lake, one of the world's highest saltwater lakes, famous for its crystal-clear waters that change shades of blue and green with the sunlight. En route, cross the majestic Chang La Pass and visit the revered Changla Baba Temple. Continue to the famous Druk Padma Karpo School, widely known as the "3 Idiots School." On your return journey, stop at the beautiful Thiksey Monastery and the historic Shey Palace before heading back to Leh.
Activity: Journey from Leh to Pangong
Starts at: 5:00 pm
  • Visit Pangong Lake, one of the highest altitude saline water lakes situated near the Indo- China border.
  • Enjoy a small stopover at the Chang-la Pass, which is one of the highest mountain passes in the world.
  • Stop by the Changla Baba Temple, from which the pass got its name. The temple is believed to be the guardian of the people visiting Chang La.
  • Visit Druk Padma School, famed for the movie ‘3 Idiots’ as the site where the last scene was shot.
  • You can also gaze at the the beautifully structured and ancient Thiksey Monastery and Shey Palace.
Day 5
Departure Day

Know Before You Go for Leh Ladakh Escape

  • Price applicable for 6 pax with triple-sharing accommodation.
  • Mobile Network: Only Postpaid network (JIO, Airtel, BSNL) is active in the region.
  • Breakfast availability in hotel on first and last day totally depends on your arrival and departure timings.
  • The advisable baggage limit is 1 rucksack per member.
  • The difference in the cost shall be borne by the client in case of any amendment in the package due to change in the number of guests, hotel change, itinerary change, etc.
  • The hotels are subject to their availability. In case they are not available, the travellers will be accommodated in a property of similar standard.
  • Thrillophilia reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to any kind of disturbance that occurred (i.e weather condition, political condition or any others) without changing the total number of days and without compromising any service.
  • Covid Guidelines (including RT-PCR Test) issued by the State-Government are to be followed. Social distancing to be maintained. Frequent hand sanitization and use of mask recommended.
  • Oxygen cylinder & backup vehicle will be provided wherever the medical services are not readily available.
  • Climatic conditions in the high altitudes vary from the plains; it is advisable that you take adequate time to get acclimatized to high altitudes.
  • Consult a physician before undertaking the tour. Carry basic medications and a first-aid kit during the tour.
  • Liability for change in itinerary due to reasons beyond our control like a change in flight and train schedule, cancellation of flights/trains, political disturbances, natural phenomenon, roadblocks, etc. will not be accommodated in the package cost. No bill will be reimbursed for any missed service/facility.
  • Because of any reason natural or personal, if the tour or a particular activity is not completed, no refund will be processed.
  • Pay heed to the tour guides and instructors in order to enjoy a safe and sound tour.
  • All entry tickets for stupas, monasteries, sightseeing, state and entry fees, monument entrances, camera charges, permits, etc. are not a part of the package.
  • Carry enough cash as the number of ATMs in high-altitude regions are comparatively less and there are long queues at times.
  • All the travellers are requested to carry a copy of their medical certificate (if any) with them.
  • If in case any traveller wants to or decides to leave the trip in the middle, all the expenses from that point onwards will be borne by the traveller. Neither the operator nor Thrillophilia will be held responsible for such decisions or for any refund.
  • During the trip, in case the roads are blocked due to landslides or a reason that is beyond control, Thrillophilia will rearrange the itinerary for the travellers real-time, however, the cost of alternative accommodation will be borne by the customer as the hotels pre-booked execute their cancellation policies and are nonrefundable.
  • Rescheduling Policy for Private (Standard & Deluxe Package) & Group Bookings: 1) If rescheduling is made 7 days after the Booking Date till 15 days prior to the Date of Travel then 30.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as rescheduling fees. | 2) If rescheduling is made 0 days to 15 days before the Date of Travel then 100.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees. | 3) If bookings are made 15 days before the Date of Travel no rescheduling & modifications will be made.
  • Rescheduling Policy for Private (Super Deluxe) & Hotel Specific Bookings: No modification or Rescheduling will be catered. A standard cancellation policy will be applicable for such cases.
  • Force Majeure: In cases of force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseeable circumstances), [Thrillophilia] reserves the right to reschedule Tours & treks or offer alternative itineraries to ensure the safety and well-being of clients and staff.
  • Cancellation After Rescheduling: Clients who reschedule their tours or treks but later decide to cancel will be subject to our standard cancellation policy. Any rescheduling fees paid will be non-refundable.
