Know Before You Go for Family Dinner on Dunes

Please note that a minimum of 2 people are required to book this activity.
The meeting/assembly point for the activity is Lakhmana Desert Camp. Guests will need to manage commute to Lakhmana Desert Camp on their own.
Upon reaching the assembly point i.e., Lakhmana Desert Camp, guests will be picked up in a jeep for a 1 KM ride into the desert, towards the activity location in the dunes.
Please note that the tentative pickup time will be 6 pm and drop off time will be 9 pm.
The dinner served will be vegetarian.
Activities like camel and jeep safari are not included. However, the visitors can enjoy them at personal expense.
The nights at the desert can get cold so it is recommended that you bring a woollen jacket to keep you warm.
Please note that there are no restroom facilities available in the desert.
The activity price may change during the peak season - mainly at the time of Christmas, and New Year.

Family Dinner on Dunes Policies

If the booking is made prior to the date of travel, the consumer will receive a confirmation voucher via email within 2 hours of successful booking. For bookings made on the same day, we strive to provide the voucher within 30 minutes

If cancellation is made 30 days or more before the date of travel, 15.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made between 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel, 25.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made between 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made within 7 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.
