Overview

About the Destination:

Uttarakhand, or ‘The Land of Gods,’ is replete with some of the most unique and picturesque hill stations across the length and breadth of the state. One such hill station that's waiting to be explored and discovered is Chopta. Prettily cradling in the lap of the Himalayan ranges, it is also a small hamlet filled with quaint charms of village life. A trek to this untouched paradise hold the promise of an opportunity to reconnect with nature as well as with the rich local lives of the villagers.

A haven for nature lovers, Chopta is home to a diverse range of flora and fauna, most of which are endemic to this region. Further lending the perfect marquee to this destination are the dense forests of pine and deodar. Adorned by rich and varied views of the Himalayas all around, this destination is blessed with diverse range of beautiful panoramas!

About the Departure:

Although Chopta Chandrashila trek is considered to be one of the simpler ones in the Himalayas, it nonetheless spectacular. In the shade of the Garhwal Himalayas, it will take you from bliss giving valleys of Ganges to crystal clear Lake of Devriyatal.  The blessings that we ask for at the Panch Kedar temple Tungnath will strengthen us throughout the hike.

While the Chopta trek itself is spectacular, what makes this experience even more priceless is that it gives you the chance to go mountain biking! Zoom past the forests of alpine and rhododendron, in the august company of the Himalayas!
