Itinerary

  • Day 1 - Arrival at Leh; Enjoy a panoramic view of Leh from Shanti Stupa

    Places covered today: Shanti Stupa, Leh Palace, and Leh Mall Road

    Get welcomed traditionally as you arrive at 'Land of high passes - Leh' by our local representative.

    Today is your day to get acclimatized to the natural cold surroundings.

    Relish lunch and rest into your cosy blankets admiring the views of the giant chocolate brown mountains.

    Gear up and head out for a mini drive to the Shanti Stupa and gaze at the beautiful sunset with a pictorial view of the city, and then, head towards the Leh Palace.

    Come back to Leh Mall Road for shopping and having some local cuisines.

    Get back to the hotel for savouring hot-piping dinner.

    Snuggle up in your beds and you have an action-packed day tomorrow.

  • Day 2 - Explore Leh borders; Get a taste of nature’s beauty with mix of adventure

    Places covered today: Hall of Fame, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, Magnetic Hills, SECMOL (3-idiots school), Zanskar - Indus confluence.

    Wake up to scenic views of mountains from your window.

    Savor delicious breakfast and prepare for an adventurous drive to the legendary 'Sham Valley'.

    Visit the Hall of Fame - a museum that pays homage to the soldiers of the Indo-Pak war of 1986.

    Relish holy Langaar for lunch at the Gurudwara Shri Patthar Sahib as you soak in the divinity of the surroundings.

    Later it's time to challenge the gravitational laws of Einstein as you drive to nature's wonder - Magnetic Hills.

    Drive through the magnificent sight of the confluence of the Zanskar-Indus rivers which is also the world’s highest river rafting

    After a thrilling adventure, you will visit the SECMOL actual 3-idiots school where you get admission 10th to fail and student teaches students.

  • Day 3 - Leh to Nubra Valley; Drive to highest motorable pass - Khardung La (approx 160 KM; 5 hrs)

    Places covered today: Khardung La, Hunder White Sand Dunes, and Deskit Monastery.

    Brace yourself for the ultimate adventure of your life as you drive through the highest motorable road in the world - Khardung La.

    Visit the white sand dunes in Hunder and enjoy a ride of one of its kind the double-humped camel.

    Check-in at your Swiss camp and if time permits, visit Deskit monastery in the evening.

    Savor a delicious dinner accompanied by a discussion session around the bonfire.

    Overnight in Nubra Valley camps under the starlit sky.

  • Day 4 - Nubra to Pangong; Admire views of colour-changing Pangong Lake (approx. 280 KM; 8 hrs)

    Places covered today: Shyol River and Pangong Lake

    This morning after a lovely breakfast drive to Pangong Lake on the Indo-China border.

    The route takes the visitor past the striking villages of Shey and Thiksey and turns off the Indus valley by the side valley of Chemrey and Shakti.

    Click some amazing instagrammable pictures with the famous '3-idiots scooter' and 'Jab Tak Hai Jaan's Bullet' which is just next to the lake.

    Relish hot-piping dinner around the bonfire and stargaze as you rest in your camps.

    Overnight in Pangong Lake camps under the starlit sky.

  • Day 5 - Pangong to Tso Moriri; Marvel at the lake surrounded by barren mountains and towering snowcapped peaks

    Places covered today: Tso Moriri

    Wake up to a stunning view of Pangong and start your journey towards Tso Moriri.

    Tso Moriri lake in the Changthang region of Ladakh is one of the most beautiful, calm and sacred and the day starts with a drive towards it.

    Spend a day near this beauty and stay overnight nearby to the lake in Camps.

    Have a delicious dinner and sleep peacefully in your tents overnight.

  • Day 6 - Drive back from Tsomoriri to Leh.

    As you drive back to Leh, pass through the picturesque landscape that gives this place an extremely romantic and breathtaking space.

    Take a stopover at traditional attractions and reach Leh.

    Visit Leh market to shop for some goods and enjoy Ladakhi cuisine.

    Overnight in Leh.

  • Day 7 - Departure from Leh

    Post breakfast, depart from Leh for your onward journey.

  • In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However a cash refund will not be applicable for the same.

The scenic beauty is beyond words, it seems like the almighty chose this place to have it all, rocky crags, snow-clad mountains, rivers, hot springs and many more. And how can I miss Tso Moriri visiting this lake was a jaw-dropping experience when I reached there I was awestruck, Beautiful mountains, Sunshine, cool winds, and of-course the Lake.
