Shubra Palace, Taif

Taif Zoo is located in the Sadad district of the city of Taif. While quite small in area, the zoo is home to a diverse range of wildlife, from animals like elephants, camels, llamas, zebras, lions, etc., to bird species, birds of prey and even an amusement park where children and adults can all have fun enjoying different rides and games on their day out.

Located in the city of Taif in Saudi Arabia is the famous Shubra Palace, which dates back to the year 1800s. Designed in an urban style, the Subhra Palace boasts of an eclectic mix of the Roman and Islamic styles of architecture. In addition to stunning arches and columns, the palace also has Rawasheen, huge doors, windows and high ceilings, along with 150 rooms and two entrances.

Located in the north-eastern part of the city of Taif, is the verdant Saiysad National Park, which is characterised by tall and dense trees, lush greenery and a tranquil ambience. Surrounded by numerous gates, the park is a great place for fun-filled picnics with your near and dear ones, or a relaxing day out with your significant other. The Park also features numerous slides and other recreational activities, especially for children.

Muawiyah Dam is one of the many ancient dams located in the ancient city of Taif on the Arabian Peninsula. Said to be amongst the few extremely old dams that still exist to this day, the Muawiyah Dam is known for its amazing architectural style and unique engineering design. Also known as the Saiysad Dam, this dam is tucked in between mountains, and gets its water from the Saiysad Valley.

Located on the Khalid bin Walid Road in Taif, Jouri Mall is a famous upscale shopping mall in the city, consisting of over a hundred shops, boutiques and stores of local as well as international brands. In addition to that, the mall also has several entertainment facilities, such as a movie theatre, an indoor amusement park and many different restaurants.

Located in the southern part of the city of Taif in Saudi Arabia, Arruddaf Park, also known as Al-Rudaf Park is one of the most beautiful parks in the city. Popular amongst tourists and locals alike, the park sprawls across a large expanse, and has a wide range of facilities and amenities, including musical fountains, small hillocks for rock climbing, separate playgrounds for children as well as fun-filled rides.
