Wine Tourism was a new experience and was familiar with Sula and its promoter which I had learned in their programme "Young Turks" on a Wealth channel. The ambience is tastefully done , liked the idea of open space in architecture. The staff is groomed and well mannered. It goes without saying that fine taste , aesthetics and wine goes hand in hand. The only negative is commuting to the place, if not on own vehicle, it would be hard to reach the place. Thanks Kiran and Vishal for being such a good host. Keep up the good work. Cheers !

Amazing is one word for this trip. It's a great place to visit anytime. It's approximately 70kms from Bangalore and takes about 2 hours to reach. Place was easy to recognize. People are very generous and got plethora of information about wine making process. Person who took us through the process of wine making was seasoned, knew every bit about his job and was humorous as well to ensure people are engaged. Best part was wine tasting. You can either go for wines of Sula which are sold outside of India too or their local brand heritage which is sold typically in Southern part of India. We got to taste five brands of Heritage (chempayne, three types of red wines and sparkle wine). We also went to their wineyards. Although there were no grapes when we went in sep but it was worth taking a round. Take a look at some amazing pictures we took

Our guide, Amit was great - really well informed and knowledgeable about the whole wine-making experience. We had a blast learning about everything. The tour a bit shorter than expected. We were a bit annoyed that we couldn't buy the wine bottles and drink it in the restaurant on the premises. Other than that, we loved the place!

I’m not a wine connoisseur and had only heard of Grover Zampa vineyards near Nandi Hills. I wanted to do a quick road trip along with friends, and wine tasting seemed like an exciting idea for a road trip. Having never visited a winery before, this excited me. I tried 7 different types of wine in wine tasting, learned the art of winemaking and rambled through the vineyards. It was a fun and informative trip from Bangalore.

It was a great experience. My trip to sula was with my amazing friends who really enjoyed the place with same zest. Brownie (pet dog in sula farm) was one among the most entertaining part. Staff were really polite and helpful, food was awesome and route to sula farm was also very nice. Only missing factor was farm visit and factory visit... which was closed temporarily for maintainance. Wine tasting and mannerisms were great.

Its a beautiful place. must visit if you are in or around bangalore. Heritage winery is now taken over by Sula and hence they are under renovation works. you will not be able to enjoy the wine tour and vineyard visit. it will take eight to nine months for the wine tour to start over.

It is a amazing place but right now please enquiry about the factory and visit. Because the place is under renovation and we cant visit the factory. The staff and the tour guide are amazing people with great knowledge. They also talk and greet you pleasantly. The entire place is filled with Wine smell and it is hard to resist sipping the wine. The tour ends with wine tasting session where 1 sip of 4 different wine is served in the wine glass and they are very much SULA or Heritage wines. And they all taste amazing and smell great too! I would say it is definitely a must visit place but I think it would be wise to wait until the factory is up and running because we miss the important part of the tour . Wine making. I am not adding any pictures because all the reviewers have put them and there is nothing new that I can add.

Although the factory is temporarily closed which we knew goin there beforehand, the wine tasting experience was really good. The property is beautiful and the guided tour of how wine is made is excellent. We got the deal at 250 pp and tasted five types is wine along with an excellent informative guide. Would definitely go when the harvest season starts to see how the entire process takes place.

An informative and beautiful experience!I didn't expect a Wine tour in India to be of any good value , but this exceeded my vision.A beautiful place near Channapatna (not Ramanagara) , secluded from the hustle of the cities. The venue is built beautifully giving a homely vibe. Ensure you have atleast one meal over here. The experience you get for the price is just unbelievable.

Instructor is good and knowledgeable. He is friendly but this place deceive people... I went there on special occasion of my girl birthday. Wanted to surprise her but it turned out to bad day. I called them and asked if winery is functioning but they lied that it is. Later when I visited there were no grapes in field and machines were not working. It was almost closed.

This is a very good one day outing idea for family as well as friends groups. It takes 2 hours from bangalore via nice road.Heritage now taken over by Sula offers a bird's eye view of wine making which is quite a vast subject our guide tells us.The guide is quite informative and quite the charmer with his words. You get to take taste 4 kinds of wine by the end of the session on the package you choose (regular, premium, elite).Thrillopilea offers regular along with the package which can be upgraded on registration with extra cost. The place has amazing food which was quite the delight. We tried lamb chops, fish grill and pasta. All of which was delicious. They also serve wine cocktails. The place is quite nice and quite. One could take a stroll by the wine yard. This place is also quite kid friendly offering trampolines, a small basket ball court and play area.
