About The Jalori Pass Trek:

Located at a distance of about 12 km from Jibhi, Jalori Pass is located away from urban life. Trekking on this beautiful trail takes to mesmerizing places like Sereolsar Lake, Sakiran, Lambri, Bashleo, and the Great Himalayan National Park. Moreover, a trekker can also explore the forts of Fatehpurgarh, Raghunathpur, and Kalagarh as well.


Also, one will witness the forest, the rural culture of the region, and breathtaking views of the valley, mountains, river, and waterfall during the Jalori pass trek. The experienced guide will be well aware of the trekking trail and some interesting facts and stories about the places.

How to reach Jalori Pass?

To begin your journey to the Jalori pass trek, you must first reach Jibhi.

By Air: The nearest airport to Jibhi is Bhuntar Airport, approximately 50 km away. Direct flights operate from major cities like Delhi and Chandigarh, with an average duration of around 1 hour.

By Train: The nearest railway station to Jibhi is Joginder Nagar Railway Station, about 160 km away. Trains like the Himachal Express or Janshatabdi Express from Delhi can take you to Joginder Nagar in approximately 10-12 hours. Once you reach the station, you can continue the onward journey to Jibhi via NH154 and NH 3. 

By Road: From Delhi, board buses to Aut, a distance of about 500 km, which takes around 12-14 hours via NH44 and NH3. From Aut, take local transport to cover the remaining 60 km to Jibhi, located on NH305.

Day 1
Jalori Pass Trek
  • Reach the base campsite in Jalori at around 8:00 AM in the morning and relax.
  • Enjoy your welcome tea/coffee and snacks at the campsite.
  • Embark on this exciting trek at around 10:00 AM.
  • A friendly guide be assisting and accompanying you throughout the Jalori pass trek
  • Appreciate the beautiful views of the valleys and mountain ranges that fall on your route.
  • Opt for trekking to either serolsar lake or the Raghupura Garh fort.
  • Spend some time at the location and start your trek, back to the base.
  • Reach the base at around 4:00 PM in the evening and end your experience.
