Best Sightseeing Tours in Kathmandu

Nepal's muddled and vibrant capital is set in the bowl-shaped Kathmandu Valley that is bordered by the serrated, snowy peaks of the Himalaya. Kathmandu is one of the old hubs for trade and exports. The old city centre is a crowded maze of small shops and paved alleyways, and the streets are narrow for the cars to find their way. The city has crumbling buildings (especially after the mammoth earthquake) that opens onto the courtyards where you will find chillies, rice, and laundry dry in the sun. All in all, you will find a temple in each corner of the city illustrating the real traditional essence of the city. The temples are masked in exasperate smoke and decorated with marigolds. Indulge in the best sightseeing tours in Kathmandu to explore the amazing culture and tradition of the city.

Take a Kathmandu sightseeing tour and get into the heart of the city. As the city is considered to be a cultural, commercial, and political hub of Nepal you may find a plethora of attractions and sightseeing spots. Its natural beauty, historic and holistic places will leave you amazed. Places like Patan and Bhaktapur in the Kathmandu valley are some of the heritage sites that have a historic importance. Other than that there is artistic exposition of graceful temples, brick cemented courtyards and pilgrimage places for both Hindus and Buddhists. Popular short excursions tours can also be taken at Shivapuri National Park and a hill station of Nagarkot. Certainly, this city has a lot to offer for mountaineers and trekkers.
