Quake City Overview
'Quake City' displays the effects of the earthquakes of September 2010 and 22 February 2011 and the outstanding effort of the emergency responders, global rescue crews, the hundreds of volunteers who came to rescue, and the remarkable endurance of the people of Canterbury.

Some of the items that characterized the Canterbury earthquakes, such as the Christ Church Cathedral spire and the clocks from the now-demolished old railway station, are included in the show that makes it one of those places to visit in Christchurch that is magnificent.
