About the Tour

Day one of our Munnar 2 days package will commence once you arrive at the airport or railway station at Munnar. Our representative will come and pick you up and escort you to your hotel or resort. Once you are done with the formalities of the check-in you can have the rest of the day free for yourself to explore the city or freshen up at the resort.

Since the Munnar 2 days package offered by Thrillophilia comprises accommodation, breakfast buffet, pick and drop in AC cars from all sights and guide-instructed sightseeing you do not need to worry about arranging for any facilities once you have arrived here. We will also provide an English speaking driver for tourists travelling from abroad.

The package includes sightseeing to various places such as Eravikulam National Park, tea museum, Mattupetty Tea Factory, Mattupetty Dam and many more. Post the expedition, we will drop you off at the airport or railway station where you can head off to home with cherishable memories.

Day 1
Arrive Munnar by Bus - Pick up & Transfer to Hotel
  • After your arrival in Munnar, you will be greeted by our representative at the Munnar bus station. You will then be transferred to the pre-decided hotel. 
  • After checking-in and filling out all your details, you can freshen up and relax at the hotel.
  • Once you are done getting ready for the day we will take you to the tea museum of Munnar where you can involve yourself in tea tasting and learn more about the history of tea gardens. 
  • Next in line is the Eravikulam National Park which is home to several endangered mountain goats. The park is 97 square kilometers in size and is spread along the Kannan Devan hills. 
  • Once you are done exploring the national park, we will head back to the hotel where you can wear off the exhaustion overnight.
Day 2
Munnar Day Tour – Hotel Check out time 12 Noon
  • On the next day, you will be served a scrumptious breakfast in the hotel dining area, followed by checking out of the hotel.
  • After the meal, we will head to the flower garden where you can witness a plethora of exotic flowers. 
  • Post that, we will get to the most exciting activity of Munnar - elephant safari, which will leave you awestruck. 
  • You can also visit the Mattupetty Tea Factory on your way to the Mattupetty Dam and Echo point. 
  • Once you are done with all the sightseeing we can go on a shopping spree to buy souvenirs for your loved ones
  • After the shopping is done you will be transferred to the Munnar Bus Stand/Airport or Railway Station with a bag full of memories.

Know Before You Go for Munnar 2 days Tour Package

  • Thrillophilia reserves the right to rearrange or change the itinerary for reasons that are beyond control like Natural calamity, weather conditions, road block etc.
  • Kindly inform the operator about your flight timings prior to the date of travel.
  • Heavy rainfalls are observed between June – September which means that real time itinerary changes are possible. In case the roads are blocked due to landslides or any other natural calamity, a permit may not be available to go. Thrillophilia will arrange alternate sightseeing for the travelers however cost of alternative accommodation needs to be borne by the customer as the hotels prebooked execute their cancellation policies & are nonrefundable. This is generally what happens when you book the hotels yourself as well.
  • All meals are included only in the houseboat.
  • Any sightseeing point which is not completed due to time constraints, traffic jam, natural calamity, travelers starting late, permits issued late or any other reason beyond control, Thrillophilia does not take the liability for a refund or a discount.
  • Air Fare / Train fare /Bus fare are not included in the package.
  • The tour takes place through eco-friendly zone; do not encourage littering the local sites.
  • ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid address proof.
