  • Wear comfortable clothes and sturdy, closed-toe shoes. Avoid loose accessories such as hats, scarves, or jewelry during the ride.
  • If you have heart conditions, back or neck issues, or are more than 3 months pregnant, consult with your doctor before participating in the zipline experience.
  • All safety gear, including helmets and harnesses, will be provided.
  • Before the zipline ride, please tie your hair securely for your safety. Loose hair can obstruct your vision or get tangled in equipment.
  • Kindly adhere to the instructions provided by the instructors carefully.
  • The zipline operates throughout the day, with trips available from morning until late afternoon, allowing you to choose the best time to experience the adventure.
  • The activity might be delayed or postponed due to weather condition. In such a scenario, the next best possible time slot will be informed.
  • Do not consume alcohol or drugs before the activity. Participants under the influence will not be allowed to zipline.
  • Kindly carry a valid ID proof during the activity. PAN card will not be considered as an identity proof.
